On a recommendation we ate dinner tonight at this restaurant. Started with the best Pisco Sours ever. Had a cheese and mushroom appetizer which was outstanding, and a corn pudding and lasagne that were excellent. Service was excellent.

I've heard from locals that the food here is great. I've never had it. Liguria is where I go, while in Santiago, on a Wednesday night to hear the tightest, coolest Latin jazz ensemble I've ever seen live. And it's free. The place is always packed, and is a great spot to do as the locals do... Get a cold... More

Good location with good atmosphere. A few street musician will stop at this restaurant and will play their music for tips. Food is great, be careful as the sandwich may be very big and could be split between two. The service was fast even when they were very busy. Try to get a table outside specially with a good weather... More

Fantastic place especially because the kitchen stays open until 3am on most nights (we work late). I recommend any of the daily specials which your waiter will share with you. I also recommend the provaletta and the salad especial. The wine list is decent and well priced. I drink the Pinot Noir here (it is generally chilled in Chile).

A good bar / restaurant with lots of character and lots of noise. The food was very good and there is a large selection of beers and wines (not overpriced). Worth booking at busy times.

We stumbled into Liguria for lunch upon arriving in Santiago - our waiter was friendly and spoke great English, and the food was very good!

Tried a pisco sour....hand on to your hats...good patio and large restaurant inside. Friendly, but don't count on much English although they try! The food was fresh and authentic. You can camp out all night at your table. No reservations.

Want to try something Chilean? Go to Liguria. You won´t find all the classic Chilean dishes, and you will find some modern versions of some classics, but this is Chilean food. You will find all the local ingredients, and the traditional Chilean dishes with some twist, without going too far, and keeping it abundant and simple. Good wines, good drinks... More
