Great meat and dining atmosphere, but slightly pricey.

The meat was very good, and they had a great selection of meats. The dipping sauce is nice, and the service very good. Compared to what I am used to paying for food, it was a bit expensive for the portions, but well worth a visit.

I am a huge fan of yakiniku/Japanese grill. This place is located at the Concorde Hotel's lower ground. I actually need to ask some of the people inside the hotel to get to this place. The price of food is quite worth the quality of food they serve. The beef and wagyu are the best. RESERVATION is REQUIRED for weekend... More

At $16.50++, the cheapest lunch set still includes a potato salad, rice, pork and beef slices to barbecue, kimchi, and watermelon for dessert. A very filling meal, in my opinion. The quality of the meat here is of course consistently very good, and since the meat is marinated before hand, it is very flavourful. The barbecue dipping sauce is also... More

We checked in into Concorde hotel and strolled around the shopping center below. We wanted a light lunch. We got into Ao Chan, without anu knowledge about Yakinikute, and were scared by the huge quantity of meat that people on other tables were grilling themselves. We settled for a Misu soup, and beef tongue and pork. It was very good.... More

Most worthy. But getting a table is usually an issue. Call in advance to book. The staff are helpful and the owner is most humble.

I am a huge fan of yakiniku and this place is the best I have ever had. I have had it all over Japan, the United States, and Singapore and was blown away by this place. The Yukke (raw beef and egg yolk) is ridiculous as a starter. We had the Wagyu Harami, Beef Tongue, Pork Belly, Wagyu Karubi, and... More

Yakiniku Tei Ao-Chan is a Japanese style Korean BBQ restaurant. The cuts of meat there is worth every cent of the price. You are paying for quality not quantity. Their ponzu sauce also goes great with the meat slices. The Japanese rice ($2.80ea) is a great accompaniment to the meat slices. The yuuke(raw beef with egg yolk, $14.80) is an... More
