The food was average. We ordered paells and the portion was very small ( for the price that we paid) and it tasted nothing like it. The service was ok. We had reserved the place and when we arrived 15 mts. latet, they said that they cancel it after 5 mts. If that was the case, then we should have... More

We always come to La Viva when we visit Singapore. Although we don't eat there (too pricey for us) it's a great place to sit and have a few leisurely drinks of an evening and people watch, especially as it's outdoors. We have always found the staff pleasant and attentive. Make the most of their 'happy hour' and the price... More

Went here in a group of 4 on a Wednesday night, Had some cold beers and wonderful, Calamari,Spicy beef,Meatballs, soft shell crab & potato and chorizo, tapas. Couldn't fault a thing and at $126 very reasonable value for Singapore. I will return on next trip to Singapore!

The service was so bad last night. My friends and I promised never to return. It would be the first and last trip there. Eventhough they carry a wide range of drink selection, the service dampened everything. The staff were more interested in serving the expats, foreigners (basically whites) rather than the locals. We found ourselves our own table while... More

Undoubtably the worst paella that I have ever been served. The best thing about this place is the service. Don't waste your time or money by dining here.

Tapas bar located in the Chijmes complex in Singapore. The food is OK and reasonably priced and the beer is nice and cold. A perfect place for a beer & snack pit stop. Staff is attentive and this is one of the few places in Singapore today where you can find a smoking table to sit down at for you... More

Situated in the "Chimes" courtyard opposite raffles, the location was good for us, 10 mins walk from hotel. The tapas was really tasty, we had red snapper, grilled vegetables, croquettes, meatballs, garlic bread, mushrooms and potatas bravas, everything was finished and enjoyed. There was an offer on wine making it 42 Singapore dollars for a bottle (decent one), this is... More

Apart from the fact that they put a massive screen and let the drunk expats scream everything a football team scored a goal. This is not that bad a place ! If you are ok with watching fat 40something expats watching thier world from the bottom of a cold beer as they sullenly watch the 'footie' only to scream periodically... More

This is a regular haunt for us. The tapas are great both hot and cold and the wine selection is good too. They have outdoor and air-con'd indoor seating and the weekends are quite lively. Service can be hit and miss but the tapas are always good.

We went there on Saturday for their 7th anniversary. We just had a dessert that sounded good on the menu. However when the churros arrived, they were super dry and really not tasty. It looked like they staid in the kitechen for a while, were cooked and they re-fried just before serving. If they can not make churros right, they... More
