A hidden Gem

This restaurant has a long history from its origins in Upper Bukit Timah. The food is prepared with care and the taste is pleasing on the palette. While the food itself is worthy of 5 stars, the ambience and service could be improved to give a complete 5 star experience. The set meals have good... read more

This is your friendly homey restaurant that serves above par french fare. My family and friends frequent this place when we need bit of pampering (which is quite often) Must have : 1) Foie gras beef carpaccio 2) Onion soup 3) Duck Confit 4) whatever dessert they recommend 5) The Thai menu. Don't go for : 1) Ambience or elegance,... More

This is a restaurant in need of a Gordon Ramsey reality show visit. He would be in state of shock at the rubbery escargot and shepherds pie looking and not far of tasting onion shop. That's just the beginning of the culinary disaster. For the experienced French foodies, keep your credit card in your wallet and steer clear.

Nice location. Ambiance - homey, quaint. Not well designed. Service - warm, friendly, attentive, they treat you like friends. Food - There are two menus - one French, the other Thai. We all had the French, and they were mostly alright. Our table had steak, soup, and perch. Everything was great, but the perch. It was just awful. The Steak... More

There was nothing particularly memorable about it. I came here with pretty high expectations knowing a few people who rated it highly but left feeling rather non plussed. It felt a bit like a play that has been on Broadway for a bit too long and had gone a little stale. The cooking was very proficient but a touch dull... More

We've come to Jeremy and Christine's restaurant for celebrations or just a treat since they were first opened so many years ago. Always fantastic food, never been disappointed, and the best wine you will ever get. Don't forget to have dessert. Out of this world

Cosy restaurant in a quiet neighbourhood. Rather inaccessible by public transport but parking is relatively easy along the nearby streets. Most of the dishes that we tried were pretty good - both from the French and the Thai menu. For starters, the foie gras and french onion soup (French) and oxtail soup and mango salad (Thai style) were all very... More

Went to here last weekend with my husband. It is located inconspicuously though the atmosphere was cozy and friendly :) and dishes were good!

My wife and I had recently a dinner at Vis-a-Vis and we had a great experience. The chef, Jeremy, shares a real passion. we had a discussion about food and wine and He is an amazing chef. The service overall is very good. We promised to go back and try the Lunch menu. Thank you for this experience

4 of us came here, specially booked it here for my 2 friends' birthdays. Phone reservation was very efficient. We had been here a couple of times before, and the food is still great. Most importantly, our two birthday friends enjoyed themselves. We had the recommended sea bass, as well as the quail and barramundi, french onion soup (authentic!), wild... More
