I've been here to settle my sashimi craving countless times. Good value. The rest of the menu is also well-done.

We tried the salmon sashimi (you choose the packaged fish labelled with price tag at the counter, pass the fish to the staff and tell them your table number so that they can slice the fish for you). They'll then present the sliced fish sashimi to your table. The sashimi tasted fresh and the price is reasonable too. They also... More

Fish Mart Sakuraya is an authentic Japanese dining concept where they set aside a dining space at the fish mart for shoppers to enjoy fresh, raw fish known as Sashimi as well as other cooked Japanese delicacies before / after their shopping. For Sashimi lovers, this place should be on the top of the "To-Visit" list - where else could... More

This is the place to go for sashimi. Choose what you want and the chef will cut it for you, either sashimi, sushi or grilled. Don't miss the tori karage. Over the years, prices have risen though. I suppose it's to keep up with rental.

If you simply wants some sashimi or sushi, then this is the place for you. There's a fridge where customers can simply choose their piece of fish and the chef will then cut them up for you. A number of fresh seafood. But I find their cooked dishes pretty limited. There's a japanese shop within the restaurant if u want... More

The fish there must have been kept for a long time. Taste plastics... the only sashimi that is fresh is the salmon. I really won't recommend this place eventhough the price is cheap. The quality just doesn't measure up.

I ate regularly at Sakuraya Fish Mart at West Coast Plaza. It is almost my family's default "go to" place when we want a simple Japanese meal with sashimi. We like that we can pick our own sashimi (sold by weight) from the freezer, and have them cut it for us to serve at our table. Besides sashimi, they also... More

This is a suprisingly excellent sushi/sashimi restaurant. It is a basically a Japanese supermarket with a restaurant in the back. If you want sashimi you pick ou the fish from the fridge and ask them to slice it up. There's also a sushi menu. The quality if excellent: the fish is very fresh and the sushis are freshly prepared in... More

This restaurant offers pretty fresh sashimi. It's presented in big pieces of fish and once a customer orders, they will cut them for you. However, one draw back is the menu itself as it does not have a wide variety of cooked jap food. I think the sashimi is slightly cheaper compared to those offered at typical japanese restaurant.

We have visited their spot at Parkway Parade on the East Coast a number of times and found it to be great sushi! The fish is fresh and the service is good. Definitely some of the best sushi that I've found in Singapore. Love the convenience of it and having sushi grade fish of our own tartar at home!
