The Lavender food square has been removed. The land has made way for office buildings. Some of the shops have moved to near by areas. So dont go in search of this place anymore

Picked out a few dishes from a few different stalls and drinks from the middle. Food was nice, area was clean but the service was definitely not friendly

Fantastic place, huge selection of Asian delights. Watched noodles and dumplings being made right before us. Ordered two dishes - fried dumplings and fried noodles with chicken, divine. Enjoyed the meals amongst the locals, in the heat of Singapore, one of those memorable meals.

Wide range of local hawker delight from the famous wanton noodle, bbq seafood to beef noodles and bbq chicken wings. Wanton noodles is good but be prepared to queue for a good 15-50mins. The bbq chicken wing is serve with a very good chilli sauce. You have a set of bbq sting ray serve with white rice which I enjoyed.... More

Being near to my hotel at Rucksack inn, I ate here for my very late dinner at 11pm. It was still quite crowded even at that hour. After a stroll around the place checking out the foods, I made my choice at the most crowded wonton noodle stall, the only stall with a long line, haha.. The noodles quite good.... More

ok, i will admit. this is not where you would bring the family, as there were several "adult entertainment" venues around this food center. but to get good hot noodle soup for $3.50 (around USD2.80) with, obviously, authentic Chinese ingredients, you cannot get both the sights of pretty ladies and cheap Singaporean cuisine anywhere else in Singapore. parking is difficult... Good place to grab a cheap and quick meal with standard menus across all the stores. Not very clean, but does the job.

We met a couple of native Singaporeans who highly recommended the Lavender Food Square Center. This place launched our hawker food experience - what a way to kick it off! All the food looked good so it was hard to choose. We went with the recommendations from the locals...grilled stingray, local chicken rice...we almost chose one dish from every food... More

The food here is very good and clean . Prices and portions are also reasonable . There were also places that were selling exotic food . Toilets though need a lot of improving
