Description: With creativity and imagination we have transformed the dining experience...
With creativity and imagination we have transformed the dining experience. Chefs in show kitchens present a multi-cultural cooking theatre. At any time of the day select from cuisine ranging giant baskets of fruits bring bursts of colour; the wine bar itself is a vivid backlit pink. The space is transitionary, designed for changing moods from muted to energetic up to the fresh and airy garden views. You could dine here every night of the week and the only similarity in experience would be the excellent quality of the food.

everything breakfast buffet

so many stations and basically, every food category is covered. Bright clean setting in a fantastic hotel. I really liked the nasi goreng station. The ham and bacon station were excellent too.

One of my favourite buffet places in Singapore. I love buffets but I don't like the feel of the place being chaotic, crowded and unorganised. but with Melt, From the moment you step in at this restaurant, you will feel how cozy the place is. From the lights, furnitures and specially the food. There may not be as many variety... More

Firstly , it is not cheap. it is a buffet , but what a buffet. The food selection is very extensive , my wife is a seafood lover , which is why we went. It is not possible to say what they had there , probably everything, but they also had a BBQ chef who did BBQ seafood , which... More

Stayed at hotel for business conference for full week had all breakfasts and lunches here. The buffet has a very wide variety of dishes (Thai, Japanese, Indian, Western, Chinese, Italian pastas). Each was done to varying degrees. Well stocked and varied dessert and fruit, fresh juices every single morning. Not one dish really stood out, but the selection is fantastic.

In May 2015, we held our solemnisation (20 pax) in the garden just next to the dining room, then we invited an additional 30+ family and friends to join us right after for the buffet. We chose this unusual arrangement (vs the typical Chinese banquet setting) because we wanted something less formal and thought a buffet would please everyone. Restaurant... More

Still one of my favourite buffet place. We were there for lunch. Have been going there for the last few years. Quality of food has been consistent. Spread of food is good. With Japanese, Thai, Indian, Western and Chinese. The Indian section is always a delight. Liked the grilled fish and the curry section. Towards the end of the meal,... More

Service was excellent. Had a dinner somewhere last month, with my friends. Aina was assigned to taking care of our table. We were seated and greeted. Buffet spread was good. BarberQ at outdoor area. However I notice half way through the dinner there was some drizzling via the route to the barberQ pit. They did provide umbrella for the diners... More

I only had my breakfasts there, but I was impressed by the wide variety of food that you can get for breakfast. - Several dishes per world regions (US, Asia, etc.) - There is a cook for omelettes where you choose your ingredients - Dim sum items - Yougourt, cheese, cold meat cuts - Bread bar (croissants, bagel, etc) -... Staying in Marina Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Marina Bay
More of a mini city than a neighborhood in the traditional sense, the iconic Marina Bay aims to dazzle and entertain visitors of all kinds. This is the Singapore found in glossy brochures, featuring a world-class hotel, casino, shops, restaurants, bars, and other attractions all geared towards pure entertainment. The SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands provides a stunning view of the city, a must-see photo opportunity for visitors and locals alike. The ArtScience Museum always has a top-quality exhibition, and Gardens by the Bay is a fascinating manifestation of the government’s vision of Singapore as a “city in a garden”. Enticing Marina Bay is well worth a visit.
