I'm not sure why there are bad reviews about this restaurant. As i have always wanted to go to a restaurant to have food and more importantly good performances, i guess i have found the right place. I thought the first band playing the first half was good but wait till the second band which started around 10pm. They were... More

If you are looking for somewhere for good, interesting beer, this is a great place. If you want good food, please please look elsewhere. Had turkey breast, which was dried out, tough and chewy. When I complained, apparently the chef said "it's breast, its always dry!" Poor attitude to complaints to accompany the bad food. Certainly wont be back to... More

So the food is ok the drinks are ok the music is ok and the staff are ok. Nothing at all that marks this place out as somewhere you want to go back to but equally not unpleasant at all. Would be nice if the waiting staff got trained not to keep leaning over the table though

If you like to dance and watch live band, this would be the best pub for you! This place is awesome!! I think the most happening place in Clarke Quay!! There is entrance fees to pay before you could enter, SGD20 include one drink (Gin Tonic/ Vodka Raspberry/ Beer). It was quite full when we entered. They played a very... More

Me and a collegue wanted to get a bite to eat and have a beer, so when I saw "microbrewery" I was in on trying out The Pump Room. It was really so underwhelming. We ordered beer and the waitress asked what we liked. When my collegue said "lager", she said ok than this one (pointing to the menu) is... More

We were really happy at the Pump Room. We went there on a Sunday night and met a whole heap of people and were dancing the night away, had a ball. Prices of vodkas were $12. We then were told to come back on Wednesday, and you get buy one get one free drinks. However when we went there on... More

Having spent the day at the Botanic Gardens and then shopping during early evening my wife and I decided to have dinner in or around Clarke Quay. We chose The Pump Room because we had been there many times before on previous trips and when we lived in Singapore. We stood outside, read the menu and asked for a table... More

Go and pick your choice of small snacks; they have loads of them and the quality is acceptable. Having said that, it's not a restaurant. It's club that's open for guests way before the clubbers arrive. I was ther around 10 PM and went inside to eat some snack food: French fries with melted cheese, 6 (very small) sate sticks... More

I don't always go down to pump room, when I head to clarke quay. Sometimes I forget it's there until someone actually invites me there. Atmosphere - not bad Crowd - mixed, both young and matured. Drinks - not memorable, bartenders aren't equipped to handle stress. Service - Friendly, but well, needs a bit of a push. Overall, I wouldn't... More
