Authentic Hokkaido ramen in Singapore

Heard so much about Miharu when it was at Gallery Hotel. Only managed to pay a visit after it moved to the new space at Millenia Walk (more convenient location). Since it is from Sapporo, I ordered the special blended miso ramen. Not impressive. The soup was very salty, char siu was not fragrant, egg was small and over cooked.... More

One of the best ramen places around. It's authentically unpretentious and welcoming. The food and the prices will make you smile.

On a weekend lunch, there is a long Q of KEEN Japanese customers waiting for a place, so one assumes this place must be great. Or do they feel homesick and want memories of Hokkaido - with a quaint décor (lots of seats at not one but two counters, Japanese-style tables with hole in the middle), Sapporo beer on tap,... More

The ramen is decent. I have tried better Ramen in Singapore compared to this restaurant. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Not the best I've had in Singapore, but fairly close to the top. Tasty ramen, not too oily, reasonable selection, friendly staff, accessible location. Been here a few times and would come back again.

Miharu serves the best ramen noodles in town, hands down. The Sapporo-style miso-based soup is also very respectable, with excellent depth of flavor. The tsukemen (dipping noodle) broth is also really good, with a touch of lemon to freshen it up. What I hated is the mounds of corn in every bowl of ramen (I hate corn), which I sometimes... More

This place has been my one and only favorite place for Ramen in Singapore. The gyoza is a must to try and the ramen, I always goes to miso one. Bit salty, but you can ask for a warm water if you want to less salty. The best thing is their noodles, so crunchy and chewy. The price is reasonable,... More

I visited this joint with two pals for lunch today and we were all pleased with the food here. Do order: 1. crispy gyoza with perilla leaf (6 dumplings for S$6.50) 2. Tokusen Miso-based ramen (S$13.80) 3. appetizer (that resembles szechuan vegetables aka "zha chai") This place definitely serves authentic ramen because there were throngs of Japanese people that frequented... Mrupupup enjoyed one of the better Japanese ramen in Singapore. Located at the ground floor of Gallery Hotel (tuck in a corner) in Robertson Quay area along 1 Nanson Road. The Sapporo Ramen Miharu Store sells very nice Japanese ramen and the staff were friendly. The Japanese ramen was good and the noodles very springy. Mrupupup loved the big piece... More
