Good food, fun atmosphere!

It was an authentic Bavarian place in the middle of Singapore! They had very good food with a variety of all the traditional things (Trust me, I live in Munich). It was a nice place to chat and they do big platters with a variety of meat so that your table can sample everything!

I went with a friend yesterday evening for dinner. The food here seems a little overpriced as we ordered a Sausage Platter (stated on Menu; served 2-3), a dessert platter that has apple strudel, pancakes with Ice Cream and chocolate warm cake (stated on Menu; served 2 - 3), a 0.3litre & 0.5litre Munchen Lager.... our bill totaled up to... Brotzeit was chosen as a convenient location for a lunchtime catch up with friends during a quick stopover in Singapore. 3 adults, 3 children so we opted for the mixed main (sausages, pretzel, saurkraut and red cabbage) we added in the ribs as an extra. Food was mediocre and service was disappointing. Sorry, but with so many wonderful places to... More

Loving the new revamp for Brotzeit's Raffles City outlet! Used to drop by until they closed for reno last November. Went down last Friday for a quick dinner with my colleagues, but dinners are never quick when good beers are involved. The service standards are still pretty decent considering the fact that the Friday night was packed as hell. The... More

Seemed crazy to go into a German restaurant but we wanted something European after a surfeit of Sing/Malay/Indonesian/Indian food!! Having spent many holidays in Germany it was good to see familiar beers and menu items, and next to a table of Germans made it seem all the more realistic….. but they failed at the first hurdle….. we were sat down... When its German food, you have to have pork knuckles; and they serve quite tasty ones here too. Servings are generous in size and grilled very well....so crispy. Cool place to hang out with colleagues after work, really enjoy the drinks and pork knuckles here.

Nice location next to Raffles City, good street view. Seating can be awkward as most seating doesn't have chair backs to relax against. Service is really good. There's really some great food options here but not necessarily on the healthy side. Good bratwurst! For beer, I would have expected a fantastic selection of German beers. There are some options, including... More

Having dinner with my daughter in this restaurant. I am having honey bbq ribs and beef goulash for start. Beef goulash is excellent and the bbq ribs are great. Will certainly come back next time in town.
