Cafe Melba is a great place for Sunday breakfast with kids. The garden and bouncing castle keeps the kids at play but the service is quite poor with a staff not enough in number and completely undertrained. It is frequent for them to forget part of your orders and not even apologize about their mistakes.

Patronised twice for dinner. I love the outdoor dining with a large field right next to it for my kids to run around. Menu was okay, with some specials during the weekends. Prices are slightly on the high side.

Came here for breakfast with the kids. Breakfast was nothing special although I can't say it was bad. However, its certainly not worth the money in my opinion. 4 Adult breakfasts with tea or coffee cost us SGD150.00. We mainly came here because we heard there is a play area outside. However, this was basically a bouncing castle in the... More

It's a half mile walk from the office, which is in a rally remote location. My tricolore sandwich with skinny fries was really good. Great ingredients, really good bread, and the fries were excellent, so simple food just done well. My colleague ordered a corned beef sandwich but got roast beef, and hte arguments that followed with the chef about... More

We are still on our quest to find a top breakfast venue and after today, I'd say we are still looking. The venue is near where some friends live and the five of us plus a 4 yo ventured there. Apparently it doesn't take reservations but we were there around nine and got a table fairly easily and played with... More

Last month a group of us were there to celebrate a birthday. It was disaster from start. Firstly the server missed taking 2 person order. Second she served 2 still wine when sparkling wine was ordered and served only 1 glass! While the rest of the food were out the 'birthday person' had her food last that is after 1/2... More

We met up with friends, their 4 children and our 3 children. The older children played soccer, rugby on the field facing the cafe with balls and goals provided by the Cafe....the younger ones enjoyed the jumping castle also just infront of the outdoor tables...good variety of beera for the dads well deserved frozen magaritas for the mums! The food... More

Great service with superb food. Massive field at the front that has bouncy castle for the kids at the weekend. They also do deliveries to the surrounding area, try the pizzas!!!

We tried the Crayfish Spag ($27.00) that was highly recommend but find it nothing special. Peach Melba ($9.00) was a letdown. Ham And Pineapple Pizza ($18.00) was plain. Food was definitely Overpriced. Paid a total of $63.56..Avg Price per Pax = $ 31.78. Service was ok, nothing to fuss about. The only thing was that the servers are always rushing,... More

The attraction of this place makes no sense to me.. Substandard food, sky high prices and poor service. I was looking forward to eating here and after trekking to find it I can 100% confirm that we will never return. We paid $30+ for an English breakfast you would expect to find at a 2-3 star hotel buffet. The only... More
