The outdoor seating around an inner courtyard is a pleasant atmosphere to have your dinner. The tapas are nice, especially the chorizo was delicious. The Serrano ham and Manchego cheese were good as well. The ham and cheese croquetas could do with a bit more taste and the paella valenciana tasted good, but was prepared with long grain rice which... More

I ended up eating here twice in the same week and had the chorizo on both occasions. On the first occasion it was perfect but was a little overlooked on my the second visit. Overall, the food was good and the view/ambience at Chijmes is very hard to beat. Service was also quite good. It is a little expensive, but... More

Fandango is one of the restaurants in the Chijmes complex, just one block from the Raffles Hotel. It’s a bit pricy, but hey, you didn’t come to Singapore to eat cheaply, did you? The meatballs (Albondigas) were really tasty and moist, the Chorizo sausage was thin sliced and fried almost crispy, but the flavor was great. The fried Calamari was... More

We ate at Fandango in early October on a warm Sunday evening and quite enjoyed it. They don't pretend to be only serving authentic Spanish tapas so diners should not be confused. We had four tapas between two and felt that was adequate. The twice cooked potato wedges hinted at patatas bravas but the prawns with garlic was a poor... More

Solid Tapas. Could have had a slightly more adventurous menu. Food was good but tortilla was very heavy. Service was attentive and very genuine. We had a good evening

I enjoyed a leisurely brunch of chorizo sausage and Manchego cheese omelette, potatoes tossed in truffle oil and a refreshing Rose Sangria in the beautiful courtyard of CHIJMS, pronounced 'chimes' which was a Catholic church and convent known as of the Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus in the 1800's but, has since been converted to a charming shopping and...
