Keystone is a small dining establishment that's a little formal. Knowledgeable wait-staff, high quality food, quiet ambience with the usual starched white table linen. A "sparkling or still" water kind of place. :) More photos and details of the food here. http://littlebluebottle.blogspot.sg/2013/06/keystone.html

Went for a business lunch and the 3 course set lunch is great value. The presentation is exceptional and very tasty. It is quiet enough to have good conversation and the tables aren't right on top of one other. Highly recommended.

recommended to dine with by hotel concierge after telling him we wanted to try something new and exciting, we did our own research and the new chef comes with a very impressive background. ten-course tasting menu with each course beautifully presented on slate crockery and well delivered by the manager. the gambas, iberico pork and beef were highlights as well... Went there with business partner for a lunch. I thought it would be busy lunch time but to my surprise we were the only table until 1.20pm. I was curious that why so quite for a busy lunch time. We order the 3-course set lunch which was cooked reasonably well but service was just so so. They did not even... More

Only one quarter full on a Saturday night should have said it all. First choice of wine (from website, that day): no longer available. Second and third choices, from menu -- not in stock (and the mark up, from AUD$18 to SING$112 was truly astonishing). But the food was the real surprise. My entre of fois gras "three ways" looked... My wife and I went here on her birthday and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The place is small, seating for maybe 40 max. That night, there were only 2 other couples. That worried us at first and then we received 3 great courses in a row from the a la carte menu (I'm definitely going back to try the tasting... More

We recently ate here on Valentines Day. On arrival we were asked by two different people what water we would like, given a glass of champagne and then left. Finally after about 15 minutes I asked if we could have a menu - I could see that all the other tables had them including people that had arrived after us.... More

The only thing that we didnt like was that the restaurant is quite small. Other than that, everything left to say its good things. We had the tasting menu consisting in 9 different dishes that I would not know how to describe. Thats why Im posting the 9. Photographs of the menu. Great flavors. Old ones and very refreshing New...
