The burrata is a must-try indeed. Love the cosy ambience and the attentiveness of the staff. And did I say you must try the burrata?
We've been to many of those famous Italian restaurants in Singapore, and I can confidently say this is few of those Excellent ones! Fresh burrata is NOT to be missed - you'll need to pay the price, but man, it's one of freshest I've ever been served. Other dishes are all simple but genius. Always satisfied.
Fresh parma ham with melon to start with, flawless. Main was the fettucini with truffle sauce, which also was excellent. Quantities on the small side, but quality is above average. Service pleasant. Not necessarily cheap but would return.
This is a really nice restaurant -- but only in terms of ambience. It's very nice, very rustic and down-to-earth. In terms of food, I really wanted to like it, especially since a friend had highly-recommended it. But while the atmosphere is great, and the wine collection impressive, I was sorely disappointed by the food. Firstly, my starter of beef... More
Just by chance found this restaurant in Duxton Road, after a few other places nearby were booked out. A very lucky accident for us. The restaurant itself is very cosy, the staff super friendly and attentive and the food amazing. It is owned by two gentlemen from Naples and one is a sommelier who made suggestions on the best wines... More
Etna is a little out of the way, and the street is not very well-lit, but perhaps it is more bustling in the daytime. It's only ten minutes' walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT station (if you take the correct exit! I got lost). The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and it seems to be a family-run business. Best of all... More
We had lunch at the restaurant after reading about a lot of good reviews about Etna Italian and decided to give it a go. We were definitely not disappointed! Service from the staff were excellent, and they seemed to know their stuff, explaining about the food when we had questions, and offering some advice on what's good. We had a... More
Set in one of the old heritage buildings on Duxton Road, the restaurant has a warm, cozy feel about it. Classily furnished, with large tables covered with crisp white table cloths, the place offers an almost homey ambience. A perfect setting for quite evening. What you can look forward to: Drinks: The restaurant offers, a limited, yet interesting choice of... More
I went down to the outlet in the East of Singapore (East Coast Road) they have another outlet in Duxton Road. I went down with a couple of friends for a birthday dinner and the restaurant was cozy and the staff were friendly. The chef Anna came out and recommended us her specials and what was great on the menu... More
We have been here for 3x, and that probably shows how much we like it. The place is quaint, small, but the food is great. Pastas are great; we love the crab in lobster cream sauce and the ravioli with walnut and pistaschio cream sauce. We also loved the risotto al fungi. Grilled calamari appetizer was great too. The service... More
