Good crab dumplings

I can't recall my numerous returns to this wondrous siow long pao haunt .... My usual crabmeat filling of 10 juicy hot piping dumplings. But the offer is on even with BIGGER crabmeat ones oozing with its sweet and generously filled crab. With every chew you want more and can't stop eating. The... read more

Dumpling is a very popular food for Chinese. Lots of place do them but none is doing them as consistent as Ding Tai Fung. It is chain restaurant, the quality is well maintained. The food is simple but tasty. Do not expect heavy seasoning. Xiao long bao is their signature and it is a must order item. Beware, the stock... More

I didn't know about steam dumplings, but what a surprise ! Very tasty, a large choice. Also, not so expensive, so come in with an empty stomach !

Funny place to have great, freshly made, dim sum food. When crowded still a good service. We loved it and recommend it to you all!

Favorite lunch place for my kids. Frenchramsay is more dubious...but you can't fault the good and attentive service, the quality of the Special Hot Soup filled dumplings. For whatever reason, I enjoyed them more in the native Taipeh.. Other suggested food are the fantastic Green Peppers filled with meat for appetizer, the great Dan Dan noodles, the tasty Hot and... If you are used to using dental floss and forgot to bring along, go there. Their toothpick are world class. Individually wrapped and in abundance. You can use as many as you need to observe good dental hygiene.

A good selection of noodles to choose from. The quality was good with flavorful broth. The roast meats are also delicious. Try the succulent broth filled crystal skin dumpling. We each chose a different noodle dish so we could try different types. We shared the roast meats and dumplings. If you're not keen on noodles, share your portions or order... More

I had the chance to visit Ding Tai Fung in the Paragon on this trip. As usual, had to wait in line for a table. Food still as good as I remembered it. But prices seem to be going up. Service was so-so but all in all, it was a nice place to relax and enjoy the food and company.

The cucumber appetizer was tasty. Dumplings and fried rice were just nice. Cashier and waitresses on duty could be much hospitable.
