South indians always love to have idli and dosa wherever they go. and Ananda bhavan serves them to the perfection. It serves all standard breakfast items and takeaways which is really helpful for tourists. most of tourist attractions allow outside food. So its better if you pack your food from outside to save money.

We shop at Mustafa every Sunday on my day off for everything unnecessary our house needs and more often than not, we will end up here either foe lunch or dinner. Mind you, the lunch crowd here will not go away until three in the afternoon so we will spend any extra time at Haniffa's. By then, our appetite enables... More

It is quite close to Mustafa market and one can just drop in for some hot south Indian snacks. The dosa is quite good and the onion utthapa is a meal by itself. It is not very expensive with most items being priced in SGD 3-5 range.

Thanks to the Tamil Community in Canada, we have experience in south indian dishes so we ordered the North Indian Thali. It was not bad but not something we would die for. Plus there are no free refills so I wouldnt call it value for money but yes the food was fresh as it is always busy and open 24/7... More

After trying one of the restaurants which I tried after reading their reviews and getting totally disappointed I tried this restaurant thinking that at least here I will be able to enjoy good food. But I was very much disappointed by not only the food but the ambience, hygiene and cleanliness. Same experience which I has elsewhere. It was much... More
