...incredible wonder in a beautifully ancient building...combined with a chilled Tiger beer you will be set...far, far away from the bustle of town...

Would have preferred for the laksa to be thicker. We had it at their east coast branch. Their laksa at their Queensway stall gave me a more memorable experience.

Really enjoyed the laksa and otak. Went early before lines of people started to arrive. The service was a bit off and you need to order at the counter before you take a seat. The laksa was indeed good.

We traveled over half Singapore just to try this famous laksa, and it wasn't really worth it. otak-otak was a much better experience. suggestion: go for it if you happen to be in that area..

Famous because the laksa is good and it certainly draws the celebrities as seen by all the blown-up images of the celebrities from all of the world posing with the owner. Perhaps that's why there's no reason to improve upon manners, the decor or cleanliness of this establishment. Each time we've gone on off hours, the place is empty and... More

One of the best Laksa in the world, so who cares about the grumpiness of the personnel or the 'minimalistic' setting. This is laksa as it is supposed to be.

this is a local singapore dish, its spicy, thick coconut milk, rice noodles, full of flavor of the chinese. Add more sambal chilli if desire and sweat it all out. And its only $3 a bowl

Had a delicious Laska at 328 for lunch. I caught the 36 bus from downtown and got off a few hundred meters away from 328. They were busy at lunch but the service was quick and I was eating within 10 min. I enjoyed the taste of the laksa and is worth a visit.

I am a laksa lover. A few years ago, I was impressed by the excellent taste of 328 Katong Laksa; since then, I missed it very much. This year, I finally travelled to Singapore, so I went to 328 immediately from airport after arrival. This time, the taste was good, but not outstanding. It was more spicy than before; and... More

We heard so much about Katong Laksa and finally had the chance to try it. When we got there, there was a short queue and we waited for about 15 mins before it was our turn. There was some empty tables inside the shop and some outside, but we learnt that you will be shown to your designated table after... More
