Getting there now is not that difficult! Simply take MRT to Paya Lebar, then take the free shuttle bus to 112 Katong Mall (the new mall in Katong). From 112 Mall, its only a few minutes walk then. The laksa was really good! I can say that I could go back to Singapore just to eat this laksa again. It... More
Great laksa, smooth taste, excellent coconut flavor, great spicy chili and good price. Not a restaurant, it's a hawker-like type of thing. The drinks are good too, I tried the lime drink and the barley drink. The only bad thing about the place; and I HOPE the owners read this, is the service!!! Awful people there! The woman serving the... More
This is my regular haunt at lunch time with my colleagues. Somehow today's laksa standard was not as good, probably because the female boss wasn't the one cooking. Friends from other countires are encouraged to give this a try if you are able to take spicy food. The laksa here comes in 3 sizes: Small, medium, large. Price starts from... More
This was the first time i've tried the laksa at this restaurant and i couldn't believe how good it was. There is no need to eat with fork nor chopsticks because they cut the noodle into small pieces and it is very easy to eat with spoon Price was S$6.40 so it was good. Definitely will come back!
We previously had a laksa at the 'other' 328 on East Coast road and were hoping this one would be just as good after reading about it and hearing about the Gordon Ramsay challenge. The staff are pretty indifferent which unfortunately can be the norm in so many places in Singapore. We ordered the classic laksa with a few Otah... More
I knew about this place when i first moved to singapore. Our real estate agent recommended this local place for laksa. Being a laksa lover i probably have high expectations. But it's probably normal to have expect something outstanding as its often referred to as the best in singapore. So i had waited for a good opportunity to go and... More
Unbelievable ! that's why it beat Gordon R! however, I prefer the newer one than the original one (in Katong) , the newer one is cleaner, brighter, and the soup is even better! I miss 328 Laksa so bad!!
Read all over the places that Gordon Ramsay did not manage to beat this little food corner place in East Coast. So we went there and order a classical large Laksa bowl. And that was really great. I usually likes the laksa but realized how good it can be. This one was served not too spicy so you could really... More
