Expensive, but worth every cent. The food, drinks and service were excellent, but the real star of the show is the billiard room itself. The food at every section, from the seafood, to the pasta, meat, the cheese and the amazing sweets was fantastic, beautifully presented and really good quality. A great experience.

I will start by saying a massive thank you to Chef Mikaele (?) for looking after us last Sunday. He went above and beyond to relocate our table for 5 from outside. Original table was outside. This was not mentioned at booking, and was way too hot to sit back, eat and relax.... In the end we sat in the... More

It was the setting of our team union in Singapore --- a 3 hour Bacchanalian feast with an amazing and excellent array of food. It's very pricey compared to your regular hotel buffet, but if you know how expensive wine is in Singapore, it seems quite reasonable. The seafood starters included French, Irish and regular oysters, lobster from Maine, prawns... More

In a nutshell, this is an expensive buffet which caters for almost every palette and includes alcohol. Service is pretty good but nothing out of the ordinary. On to the food, the selection is vast, varied and plentiful. There really is everything from seafood (including lobster and oysters), beef, lamb and pork, to pasta and gnocchi, and pretty much every... More

What a nostalgic experience dining at the Raffles Hotel Bar and Billiard room. It felt as if you were back in the historical days in Singapore! A definite must try when visiting Singapore for the Sunday brunch . A very good spread of cheese, air cured meats and also superb dessert counter. The meat selection was also good and the... More

This has to be a highlight in any trip to Singapore. From the moment you are welcomed to the restaurant to when you leave - you are made to feel special. The selection of foods is amazing and all presented immaculately. There is a seafood selection including 4 types of oyster and Maine lobster. A huge selection of cold entrées... More

Difficult to fault the service here. Glasses were kept filled. Special requests not on the menu were met e.g. milkshake for my son. Thoughtful gesture of providing a complimentary cake when they knew we were celebrating a special occasion. All in all we felt very well taken care of here. Kudos to the team there. Food was very good. A... More

Not withstanding the numerous good reviews I've come across about their brunch buffet, visually, the spread was more than impressive... Everything looked fantastic! Wagyu this and that, Main Lobsters, Oysters, Jamon Iberico, Black Angus and the names go on and on... Not only did things look good, they sounded good too! But... Unfortunately... Everything went downhill from there... Whilst every... More

Went here for lunch on a Thursday during our 2 week holiday in Singapore. The whole family, including children of 6 and 5 loved the experience. The service was just amazing. Cannot think of a restaurant I have been anywhere that had better service. The staff were just great with the kids. Sometimes a high end place can make it... More

My wife and I regularly brunch our way around the world. We've tried several in Dubai which we always used as the benchmark. Raffles billiard and bar brunch was sensational. Wonderful surroundings, delicious food, great drinks and not ridiculously expensive. The kids were made welcome and also loved it. 10/10. We also went to Long Bar afterwards for a few... More
