Wide range of seafood spread including oysters and sashimi. There are the roast, chinese, indian, cheese, cold cuts, salad, entrees, japanese and the desert sections. Service staff are all attentive and friendly. Come with tea or coffee.

We had breakfast included at the Ritz and enjoyed not o ly that meal but dinner as well. It's a good clue considering Otis Singapore which is expensive. They have a great burger when one becomes noodle weary. Great truly Frech fries double fried.
