Good pork soup broth base

I always visit Ajisen Ramen for their crayfish ramen as both the broth and crayfish sauce complements each other well. Order the set meal for a complete meal with a side dish and drink. Food are served quickly; normally around 10 minutes. Not the most family friendly though.

The ramen is cooked to a good texture. The soup nice and hot but I wish they are more generous with the meat. Just 3 pieces for a big bowl of ramen looks miserable.

I love their ramen compared to others that i have tasted before. I also want their dimsum. The service was quite slow when we visted bt maybe because that day was so crowded

Went to Ajisen Ramen with a business associate. Food was fantastic and customized to my liking. Had the lunch menu special. Environment was very good. Definitely a good place to have ramen whether you're bringing a colleague, friend or family. The restaurant is one of the cleanest, and the iPad ordering method makes ramen selection a piece of cake.

A small restaurant which located in 313 Somerset. Chabuton style Ramen in rich and creamy pork bone soup. Service was good too althought a few mixed up but overall, a nice place for a Ramen.

Wow it was delicious and i had Ramen twice of my visit to Singapore and it was Super tasty. Food is spicy and obtained a good potion for the money we pay. Dumplings were also nice. And appreciate the food being warm and authentic. Please keep up the good work and try to spread your chain towards South Asian countries... More

Why eat burgers at a chain (like Wendy's) when you can afford to go to a special burger restaurant? You don't! The same applies to ramen. Ajisen is a huge chain (apparently founded in 1968 and now with 700 shops worldwide). I was lured here because of the unusual black ramen. Regardless of color, all ramen are pretty tasteless with... Would strongly encourage taking up their RAMEN sets that comes with 1 drink + 1 side dish. Strong selling point of Ajisen is their unique double textured noodles Wouldn't pay much attention to their DONs ...

Like - Various Raman reasonably priced. Kids' food selection avaiable. Dislike - The Tiong Bahru Ajisen Branch has LImited seatings but the service staff are friendly.
