Beautiful food, presentation and service and were all excellent. Very expensive though and not value for money.

At $27, the Sibgapore Sling is not exactly cheap, but, there are just some things that, if you are in Singapore you just should do. This is one of those things. If you can, do take the time to visit The Long Bar at The Raffles Hotel & enjoy this time honoured cocktail. Our men enjoyed the half yard glasses... More

Raffles hotel has always been the pride of Singapore as a tourist spot and quality service. However, my friends and I were totally disappointed by the lack of service and the quality of service. We waited 10min at least we got attention and another 10 to get served. We asked for a bottle of expensive single malt pricing and it... More

If you don't want to dress up for the high tea at Raffles but want to have a Singapore Sling then go to the Long Bar as the dress code is not so strict, Be prepared to pay 65 singapore dollars for two - approx 17 GBPS each at the current exchange rate but you cannot visit Singapore and not... This historic place has been great to pass by and take in the sight but only visit the long bar if you have very deep pockets. It a place we visited but disappoint at the prices for drinks. There were good bands that played in the bar. But other than that its nice place just look around. There are nice... More

Think this is something you have to do when in Singapore - another thing to cross off your bucket list. Quite expensive over £30 for 2 Singapore slings but they were very nice. Lovely atmosphere there will friendly staff. Something I'm glad I have done but not something I would feel the need to do again.

We generally prefer travelling "off the beaten track". This was not the place for that. I doubt any of the locals go here for a drink - it seemed to be entirely tourists. The first give away was when we walked through the door and they said: "Two Singapore Slings, I assume?". In saying that... the cocktails they made here... More

At about $30 a head these iconic drinks are expensive but a treat we decided not to miss. The Long Bar was atmospheric and we also had lunch in the bakery which was much more reasonable cost wise. We enjoyed wandering around the rest of the parts that were open to the public and it's possible to do this without... More

We love Raffles Hotel Singapore and enjoyed having breakfast and High Tea in this iconoc landmark. It was so special. We didn't stay there, we were at the Goodwood Park which is really delightful and more suited to our pocket. In has such sumptous surrounds with the ambience of royaltity. A bit of pampering does wonders for the morale. The... More

We just had to do this while in Singapore...Very British Empire... had a hand made Singapore Sling in the long bar while throwing peanut shells on the floor. .. This is the only place in Singapore that you are actively encouraged to litter as you throw your peanut shells on the floor. .. but be aware. .. The famous cocktail... More
