A very nice restaurant at the Boat Quay. The steak is excellent so is the service. A very good atmosphere completes the good impression. This restaurant is a must whenever I get to Singapore.

When travelling I always like to have a "home base" to return to when you need a friendly place. I was lucky to choose the Dallas Bar and came back 3 times for, food, drinks and people watching! All the staff are great and friendly (especially Key). Woud recommend highly.

Went here for a brief dinner before the night zoo and was far more impressed than I had expected to be. Wagyu burger was excellent, a very generous size, and house red (McGuigan) affordable as anywhere. Good views over river at Boat Quay and buzzing atmosphere. Only minor point was waitress could have been somewhat cheerier but no bother.

My son and I were pleasantly surprise by Maricel's excellent service. While I was hesitating what to have for the main course, Maricel patiently introduced to me the differences in the chicken dish. Knowing I wanted to try something new, she let me replace the ala-carte main course to the set lunch. By topping up $4, I got an appetizer... More

Located on Boat Quay overlooking the water and The Fullerton Hotel this restaurant is mixed in with a long line of eateries to choose from, The serves are huge so be hungry or share. There is a good choice for drinks and you can just sit back and relax and look out over the water at the world going by.

Good to great food with an extensive medium priced (for Singapore) wine selection. It has been around for awhile yet it always seems fresh and vibrant. Menu is perfect for a casual meal with friends or a business meeting. If need quiet space, there is always the 2nd level.

When you are tired of Singapore variety and feel like "back to basics" steak time, you can do a lot worse than Dallas. We grabbed a table outside by the river, ordered a couple of tenderloin steaks and BBQ barramundi. Oh yes, and calamari plus crab cakes for starter - portions are on a huge side, beware when ordering... Everything... More

We stopped for lunch and had amazing dishes with huge portion to finish which we couldn't. But I still think to go back with empty stomach and have some for more! Staff were really friendly, we stopped by twice within 6 hours, lunch and some drinks in the evening to watch F1 which they didn't play, but changed for us.... More
