Some plates great.

High quality seafood buffet as good as anywhere I have eaten. Great selection of seafood, in-particular oysters and prawns were as good as I have had anywhere (and I'm from Australia !). Best experiences were non-stop Singapore Chili Mud Crab and the freshly cooked live seafood from the cooking station... the wok tossed pippins in a chili seafood broth was... More

Sadly one of the worst breakfast experiences I have had. No freshly squeezed juices were offered. The food was often dry, bland and the deserts were very slow to be refilled. The waffles were rock hard and almost inedible. No berries of any variety were offered unlike what can always be found at Shangri La or Capella. Unfortunately, the service... More

Possibly the best brunch in Singapore. We've always enjoyed the brushes at the Beaufort and were somewhat apprehensive of what the new owner might do to it. The view and nice setting between the trees overlooking the Singapore straight haven't changed so what remained was testing the food. The selection and quality are outstanding. From lots of fresh seafood, authentic... More

Pragash worked with me to book a Sunday brunch for my husband. We were a party of 22 and were well looked after. Champagne glasses were never empty, nor were water glasses. Loved all the fresh seafood - lobster was a favorite. Delicious fresh raw oysters. Jennifer Ho, the Sous Chef took great pride in suggesting foods to try and... More

We went to the restaurant for lunch on a weekday. We booked through the Chope app and it was stated $28.90++ for the semi-buffet. When we arrived, we realised that the semi-buffet is a top-up of a selection of main dish and that the $28.90 is not inclusive of a main dish. We asked if there were other on-going promotions... The semi-buffet's spread of cold dishes, salads, soups, and deserts were really limited and so so only. For half the price of buffet lunches elsewhere, I would have expected a decent spread of cold dishes like boiled prawn, sashimi and stuff like that. Therefore I consider it quite pricey. I ordered a Fish and Chips for my main meal. It... More

If this was a $19.90 eat-all-you-can in Sentosa chalet, we could understand the underwhelming food and service. A 5* resort in Sentosa with nice renov after Sofitel took over from previous owner, but the staff are undertrained, mostly unsure what to do or doing it wrong anyway. We were recommended to the full buffet dinner and it soon turn out... More

~ Neat buffet counter. ~ Good selection of bread and bakery. ~ Wide selection of condiments to choose from. ~ Very fresh micro-green salad bar. ~ Adequate cold cut and cheese counter. Fine cracker and bread stick to pair with them. ~ Quite a few chilled juices on buffet counter with high quality still and sparkling water for self serve.... More
