This restaurant is a gem, but not well-promoted by the Sentosa Resort Hotel. It's a short stroll in the evening through gently-lit tropical gardens from the hotel to the restaurant and the food is wonderful - fresh, carefully prepared and delicious. After indulging in all of the rich, and delicious, food available in Singapore, The Garden was an Oasis. Wonderful service and the Chef was even kind enough to email us his recipie for the best Short-Rib I have ever eaten. The kids even enjoyed ordering their own special salads, who though it was hard to get kids to eat Salad!

the food was excellent, really tasty & well seasoned, looked like art on the plate, I had a scallop entree with asparagus & truffle that I will never forget and the artichoke puree with my seabass was yummy!

Very happy with our choice to dine at The Garden on our last night in Singapore. Fresh and healthy meals - the build-your-own salad was the best part and the dessert (grapefruit sorbet and strawberry mousse) was delicious. Worth a visit!

They call it a healthy eating reataurant and it's just that! Lots of salads (you construct your own from a list of ingredients and dressings) all the ingredients were beautifully fresh and the kitchen is completely open to the restaurant so you can watch them prepare & cook your food....and it's soooo quiet!! great wine selection and they don't rip... We loved this restaurant. They had a small kids menu for our toddler. The concept is about healthy food but the taste and presentation of the food did not make you feel like you were eating healthy. Definitely will visit again
