Excellent Deli and Bakery

What an awesome little place we had 2 coffees and a croissant and a piece of banana bread and the bill was under 300 pesos !!! while drinking my coffee (which was excellent) I had a chance to read the board above the counter with their other delicious offerings. We didn't get a chance to go back... read more

We found this spot after a terrible day of eating along white beach. We were absolutely stoked with the sandwiches and the service. We went back almost every day. Their breakfast is great too. You can't go wrong with this deli!

A lucky find and somewhere we went back over and over again. Highly recommend to have any of the toasted sandwiches but a personal favourite was the cubano! The spot bakes their bread incredibly fresh with high quality ingredients - all served with a smile!

It bakes the best bread on the island! Here one can order a delicious sandwich, fresh or toasted, with delicious choices of ham, pork, roast beef, salami, mustard, pickles, tomatoes etc The Cubano is very popular. It is air conditioned and currently being extended. The owners are friendly people and make one feel welcome and wanting to return.

We visited a number of times for breakfast and also ordered a sandwich late at night (open until 9pm) to take on our onward travels early the next morning. Bread and other good baked fresh every day and for sold for very reasonable prices. They also have a wide variety of wines and spirits. Overall very good and the freshness... More

As far as I know the best sandwich place in boracay. Can get expensive for people with a appetite. I usually ordered two, which is a testament to how good the sandwiches really were. Good place for breakfast or night time snack. Sandwiches start at 230 pesos and drinks are expensive as well for a budget traveller. Worth the price... More

I love their sandwiches, I tried different deli on the island but this is definitely the most delicious and the cheapest among all others. You can totally customize your sandwich, choosing the kind of meat, cheese, vegetables, sauce, if you want it hot or cold. If you don't know what to choose, they propose you some delicious combinations such as... More

I am simply addicted to Gusto Y Gustos. Being a fan of hot sandwiches, I keep coming back for their deli grillers. Their Tuna Pesto Melt is my favorite as the combination of tuna, pesto, melted cheese, and aioli on the side leaves a lasting impression and is one of those things that I keep craving for. Another favorite of... More

I bumped into this place by accident. Their pandesal is a must try. They bake fresh breads everyday. Coffee is good compared to Starbucks. Location is not beachfront but who cares. I have breakfast here everyday. I love my pandesal. The staff is friendly, attentive and chatty. Thank you Gusto y Gusto

Gusto y Gustos is tucked away on a side ally a few minutes from the beach and is well worth finding. The sandwiches are fantastic and this small deli/bakery could well compete with the best sandwich shops I used to frequent as a grad student in NYC. They are so good because they use the highest quality ingredients and make... More
