3.5 Stars would be more suiting, but surprisingly delicious

I wasn't too turned on by the place from the looks of it, but lonely planet suggested it so we went, what the hell, and well we weren't dissapointed. Wow. Arrived for happy hour, ordered a 70 peso ($1.50) long island iced tea. Pure rum. Had the chicken wings as a shared appetizer, which was good. Then had the spicy meatball pizza. I think it was delicious, but I was working on my second long island, so I'm not sure. Super value!

Ate here on our first night in Boracay as was just on the corner of our laneway. They had run out of a few menu items as we were a bit late but food was good. Cocktails are good, large shots in them! Also free wifi there and out front on beach chairs.

As readers will see, I've reviewed this restaurant before and had the pleasure of living close by it for the last three months. My Mother and Her Husband visited me there recently and unfortunately my Mum had bad back pain and couldn't really go any further than Cowboy Cocina. They were absolutely blown away by the succulence of the pork... More

Hi Mark, We are very pleased to hear your mother enjoyed pork chops Cowboys style. It was sad that after traveling so far that she was not well during her short stay here in Boracay. It was our pleaser to serve them during their stay and we hope to see them again in the not to distant future. More

Tried this place and have everything from tex mex to European food. You can join the quiz on Monday evenings and eat on the beach most evenings.

Went there after reading about the ribs, they were sold out. That was a surprise it was early on a Friday evening. Other than that the food was good.

Hi Steve, Sorry we did not have ribs available they are so popular we do sell out quickly. Boracay being a small island we purchase and ship our ribs from Manila, at times shipments become delayed and this is beyond our control. We hope you will visit Boracay again and look forward to welcome you back. More

Firstly, the staff are wonderful. They love their jobs. Generally burgers, steaks, ribs and pizza, but some good selections of local food. My wife loved the ribs and as a ceoliac they were confirmed gluten free. Drinks are great, even better on happy hou(s). Have a look in the kitchen when you need the toilet, clean, modern and very visable.... More
