Traditional UK Sunday Roast and Draft Beer

I have short listed this place. A food that is always good to the level of Boracay obviously, cheap drinks and friendly staff! Must visit !

Cowboys Beachfront has been a regular hang out for me and my friends for around 18 months now and I'm only just writing a review .. because I don't want to share the loungers or the restaurant tables. Located at the far end of Station 3/Angol, Cowboys Cocina is in the quiet part of Boracay .. often called 'Old Boracay'... More

Hi Trudy, Thanks for your review and what a lovely story you have written. I am sure you have covered just about every thing we do here at Cowboys and yes, this end of the Island is still much undiscovered by the mass crowds. Time to relax with a cool sunset cocktail on the beach and watch the sun go... More

After spending a month in the mountains of Panay I wanted to relax on the beach for a few weeks before my next adventure. So back to Boracay! Back to familiar friends and surroundings. I am from America, specifically Idaho. Cowboy country! I have just spent the last year in Thailand and the Philippines. While getting back to familiar friends... More

Hi, and thanks for taking the time to review us. Cowboys is a place where we deliver good old comfort food, a cross between American and British with a little cross-border Mexican on the side. And yes, Cowboy style in quality and portion size, many not being able to finish their meal but enough to take home for breakfast the... More

I've stayed at the apartments behind this place for most of the later part of last year, though was there in April also. The beach at the front is a lovely spot to enjoy a cold draft beer, or a sunset meal. The restaurant is well managed and the menu is a refreshing change to some of the same old fodder... More

I went over for dinner on a Monday night following some divers I met during the day. The place is laid back and mostly old crowd. Maybe cause on Monday they have trivia games. I ordered a basic burger, which (to my surprise) was served with nice crispy and not oily fries. The burger is not bad for island food.... More

The burger was quite good. Juicy. Size was just right for lunch. One would want to be too full while at the beach. Pricewise - acceptable. Service was quite good. Wait staff attentive. Though we are there a bit late. It is at Station 3 so unless you are staying in the area, would need to take a tricycle ride.

We've eaten here numerous times and have never had a bad meal and you are always made to feel welcome by the staff and the owners. The Sunday roast is a taste of the UK, with lovely roast potatoes, yorkshire puddings and a generous serving of a meat of your choice. Start it off with a homemade soup and freshly... More
