Overrated Calamansi Muffins

Finally got the chance to try the Calamansi muffins everyone was raving about. Sad to say it fell short of my expectations. Dulcinea sells way better ones.

This place was on my list of to be going in boracay. Which i also did. But i didt find it as hyped after visiting here. The view from this place is fantastic... No doubt about that. I tried the famous coffee which was like 120 php thats like 200 inr. And the muffins (calamansi ones) were like 60 php... More

Headed here just to try the infamous calamansi muffins. All I can say is don't bother. I mean if you are nearby try em' out but don't go out of the way for it. While decent not worth the time or price. Rather dense with light calamansi flavour. Think there are other yummy snacks all around Boracay to dig in... More

Before we get to Boracay, we heard about Real coffee and their famous Calamansi Muffin, soo we tried. And it's true! Their Calamansi Muffin is really to die for! We also tried their peanut butter brownie and it was also good. Their dine area has a nice view of the beach. It's great for "me time" and also for "friends... More

We were there to try the famous calamansi muffins. The taste was good but the texture was a bit on the hard side. It's crumbly and a little dry. We drank banana lassi shake and papaya lassi shake and both were just mediocre. The food was a little pricy so we didn't try.

Hands down, the best place for breakfast in boracay. Their chicken omelette with pesto is sooooo good! Their coffee is excellent ! Loved this place ! It was a little hard to find. It is in station 2 and look out for a sign that says real coffee ! Yummy !!!

The calamansi muffin tasted pretty standard to me, we weren't impressed. It would have been a place for an amazing view during the non-rainy season. Also, I got intensely stared at for walking in with only my bikini bottoms on (had just finished surfing lesson from an instructor right at the front) so maybe put on some pants if you... More

We read that this cafe was famous for its calamansi muffins. The cafe was nicely decorated and quite comfortable when we arrived. we ordered the calamansi muffins. My friends and I have different reviews about the muffin. Personally, I liked it more sour and sweet/ flavourful so I think the muffins were good. If you are not good with sour... More

It's a good choice of "pasalubong" if you want something unique to bring home to your friends, families or officemates.

I was so excited to eat this calamansi muffin and made my husband looked for this cafe with me. Well...I shouldn't have expected much from a lemon muffin. It's also pricey for what it was. Sorry but there's nothing to rave about this place. The one behind the counter was not so friendly either.
