We were surprised to find a restaurant on the beach with such good prices. Much cheaper than everything we saw around it. The service was great and we liked everything we ordered. I see people below complaining about portion sizes but we thought it was plenty. We ate there one meal each of the three days we were in town.... More

Ate there twice, but food is really much average. Portions are even quite small! And prices are on normal Alona level. Was much more better in the past. You will find better places. Only the live band in the evening is nice.

It was rainy in early January and that got old but we returned to Trudi's for almost every meal because they offered, hands down, the best value for food in Alona Beach. I wished I could have tried more items. We started with something simple to test the place. Everyone on the tourist trail offers spaghetti carbonara it seems and... More

We choose this place for dinner because there were a lot of people. The place itself is quite nice - located on the beach, has live music, but that's all. I ordered sweet and sour shrimps and pina colada, my husband - BBC pork, cola and mango shake. Usually you get drinks in 5 min, but we were waiting for... More

We went to this restaurant based on the high reviews it had received. Could not have been more disappointed. Whoever gave this place good reviews in the recent past must have come from another planet. Granted the location is great and the beer cheap but the food - it is in embarrassingly small quantity, not tasty and quite expensive for... More

I used to have lunch and dinner here for the three days I spent in Panglao I had adobo chicken, French fries, carbonara pasta and the famous caeser salad! That salad was the best Caesar salad that I have ever had! But look it costed 120 pesos which is to much for a salad but worth it each cents. The... More

First time we got to try Trudis was 14 years ago. Back then, it served tasty dishes, big servings and very affordable prices. It looked like a neat shack/hut by the beach. It was our go-to place for all our meals, including those that we take to the boat on our day dives. Then as it got bigger, we were... More

Arrived at Trudis Place from Moalboal via Cebu-Tagbilaran in Feb'2014.. Was really tired from my early morning departure from Moalboal via private car towards SUPERCAT Fast Craft Jetty in Cebu City.. Had a quenching drink immediately upon arrival at the Level 1 restaurant right at the reception area. Price approx 3500 peso/night for 3 nights.. Trudis Place itself met my... More

We loved this place, great for a well priced Breakfast, lunch and cold beer. Sitting right on the beach front, until beautiful shade trees. two steps to jump in for a swim.
