This place is an oasis in the middle of chaos. A lovely peaceful place. Each table is in a private individual hut on stilts above running waters. A gong at the entrance to the huts summons a waiter. The food was great and service absolutely lovely.

Went here last night for husband's birthday dinner. Came around 8.30 pm lucky us because last order was at 9. Garden concept restaurant with no mosquitos at all. They planted that anti mosquitos plants i forgot its name. Ordered steak tempe because i read it's their fave dish and turns out great. We also ordered Milas Vegie Curry, mashed potatoes... More

I've been to Milas numerous times since I found out about it last year. Surely there's food I like, and some that I don't. But then again, it comes back to your preferences. I personally love their toast with butter and honey and wood ear mushroom shashlik. Also their roati, french fries, potato patty with grilled vegetables and corn fritters.... More

Because of the good rating on ta and the proximity to our hotel we went to milas. however due to multiple streets with the same name it was harder to find then the thougt even our driver went the wrong way first. it is located in a not very pleasant street but when you enter the garden and nice feel... After this trip to Yogya I will be more careful picking places to eat based on high ranks on Trip Advisor. We caught a cab to this place based on the rating and it just wasn't that good. The garden was green, but nothing special. I suppose if you were in some grimy backpacker room, you might be really craving... More

This restaurant was a safe haven for me. I've been living in Manado for 4 months, and let's just say that the food isn't very diverse. Going to Mila's was a breath of fresh air. I ate my first salad with vinagrette since I left home. I had a spicy vegetable curry! I've had better curry, but it really hit... More

Milas was recommended by our hotel receptionist. and I would say that was the best ever recommendation. It only has vegetarian food. I was amazed by looking at the menu. One couldn't imagine that you can have so many options in veg :D. food was just excellent. Friendly staff. Very good traditional ambiance. A must go!

I heard about this place alot, esp from my foreigner friends. Once it was kind of hard to find (some of taxi drivers in Jogja barely knew about this restaurant) but when you got there...I know the reason why. The place is very unique, hidden in the small alley of Prawirotaman IV without a banner or single neon box. It's... More

Have just finished my lunch with some friends (29 Nov'14). All food are vegetarian. They did not provide instant chili sauce, instead they have their own chili made of tomatoes. Ordered tempe steak - was tasty. Served with french fries and sauteed veggies. Fried rice was so-so. Fried banana was yummy. The pepaya mix drink was oke too. Something that... More
