I think i went to the original place in Kebon Kacang with Zainal Fanani as its name. This place is just overrated. I went there for a lunch with my office colleagues. We have our expectation high about this place, way up high i guess. The nasi uduk is just average, the side dishes just so-so, the portion is so... More

I love nasi uduk.. But nasi uduk in Nasi Uduk Kebon Kacang is really different. It tastes modern, not traditional taste,, and it is not what I expected from the taste of nasi uduk itself. This is average taste with pricy price.

I went this restaurant several times. To be honest food is okay here, they will put the nasi uduk in a basket on the table, you can eat as much as you like without re-ordering, they charge the "nasi uduk" per package, wrapped in traditional banana leaf. In Malaysia this is what they call nasi lemak, only in Malaysia they... More

not cheap ... small portions ... and if you bring your dad ... I'm sure he's going to need a lot of rice to be opened from the pack .. and it certainly is very expensive ...

This is my favorite nasi uduk place. What i really like is the peanut sauce chilli. Well, it's not exactly chilli, since it is not hot, but that's why i like it. The rice is wrapped in tiny leaf wrapping, so if you are a big eater, you can easily spend much money on rice alone. My record is 13... More

The coconut rice is very good but the serving is very tiny so it can be an expensive meal if you had large appetite. The side side are very good to with a lot of option from chicken, chicken hart, chicken gizzards and liver, beef fried (dendeng), beef tripe and young egg satay. Dont forget to try their special chili... More

My favourite place to eat nasi uduk! The location is not too easy to reach, in a smakk street, a little bit difficult tp park the car when it's too crowded. But the food is worth it all. I love the sweet ice tea, which has pandan flavor on it.
