I have dined here with friends on a number of occasions and enjoyed the experience in very nice surroundings. The food is good well priced. As a main destination for a night out it is well worth suffering Jakarta's traffic. I titled this two-in-one because the restaurant is above the excellent Fez bar which is a great place to watch... Tikkal bemisal was quite good but the cheese in the cheese naan was quite crumbly and I definitely had better manggo lassies. It s probably a matter of taste but I found it quite sauer. And there was no chai tea.

Attractive place with average food. Terrible chicken tandoori. Look around, do you see any Indians eating here? Not likely. I've been here many times, mostly with friends who are new to Indian food and I've been disappointed each time.

A large party of us went to Kinara for a work meal. It was delicious. The lamb and vegetable curries were mild and intensely flavoured. The naan breads were also lovely (particularly the garlic naan). The service was quick and efficient. I'll definitely be back.

Nice and tasty Indian in Kemang. It is above Fez bar. The Sunday brunch is great value for money. Highly recommended.

Came here for a nice lunchtime buffet. Nice selection of Indian food, definitely worth the r160,000 we payed per person. The atmosphere and layout is great too!

We are spoilt having lived in London, we get plenty of good Indian/Pakistani food. When we finally came to Kinara we finally tasted great Indian food that we missed so much. We ordered Lamb Josh, tomato soup, potato curry, chicken curry , garlic naan and yoghurt. Either we were lucky judging by the other reviews, however we will come back... More

The best thing about Kinara is that it's got the right ambience for Indian food. And if you happen to be a big rugby or cricket fan, you can easily slip to catch the live game of the telly & beer at the Fez Bar downstairs. You can even order a nice basket of garlic naan & curry (or chips)... More

Visited in July 24th 2013 As a first timer I had no clue about both Kinara & Indian food, but it was a great success! Kinara has this Indian ambience which is really cool & mystical. That goes along with ecually cool & friendly staff. They speaks English & knows the menu very well. The food is great! I'm a... More

We went for a weekend buffet lunch. The place looks pretty antiquated, with cracks on the walls and all that giving a really "old" feel. There were many dishes for the buffet, but nothing tasted very good. The food was rather cold too. Prices are on the higher side. All the rotis and parathas that they serve are made with... More
