This was my second visit to the restaurant and the food is tasty and authentic. As pointed out in other reviews the restaurant is often crowded so reservations are recommended. This last visit was a Saturday lunch and we were lucky to get a table without reservations. We started with a mezza platter which was very good and large enough... More

The reservations is absolutely needed, because it's so crowded almost everytime. The parking space is awful, you have to pay the valet for IDR 25.000 for your own convenience. The starters is humus, I do enjoy the bread and the 'humus' itself, so yummy and rich of unique taste. Tha main dish, side flank of lamb is soooo wonderful, OMG... More

it was my first time to try Turkish cuisine and i regret nothing. i tried Karidesli Peynirli Mantar as appetizer which is so crunchy and taste good, Sebzeli durme as main course that not as spicy as i think but still good, and apple tea with a strong sour taste since it's pure apple. The waiter was really friendly and... More

What a wonderful dining experience! A little embarrassing that we have lived in Jakarta nearly 6 years and never visited this restaurant, but better late than never. A bustling place where you can not only eat but buy home decor and accessories. You can also buy some of the goodies you eat as take away (mainly deserts and breads). We... More

Turkuaz means turquoise, and that reflects this lovely quirky little restaurant with big character, filled with curios and colour. The food is good, and the breads particularly good. The lamb shank is so tender it falls off the bone. The only downside is that the portions are not large, which is why this restaurant is deceptively expensive. As with most... More

The Waiter was really welcomed and friendly and they could remember what we ordered and put the right food to each person right away without asking or getting wrong. the interior really makes you feel like in turkey, full color but not too glorious. The food was average, well actually it was good but only they do not have too... More

If you've been to Turkey and missing Turkish food there, here is the place to go to get the most authentic Well-Made Classic Turkish Cuisines in town. The restaurant turquoise ambiance is elegant with some wonderful Turkish interior details that immediately transport you to the Land of Whirling Dervish. The service is excellent from reservation to billing. You'll be tempted,... More

The decor and turquise color scheme is inspiring, if not inviting a feeling of peaceful serenity. The dishes abundant with variety, rich flavors and you can taste the passion in which it was carefully prepared with fresh ingredients. I found the meat dishes and the vegetarian dishes wonderfully seasoned. My favorite drinks are the salty Turkish yogurts and Turkish coffee.... More

The restaurant looks very nice and everything, but I personally find the menu selection to be... Not abundant at all. I guess my tastebuds are not fit for Turkish food. Unfortunately at that time my mom invited a monk from our temple to eat with us so we mostly had vegetarian menus... To my displeasure... My mom and brother were... More

I have lived for 3 years in Istanbul and dining at Turkuaz was such a wonderful experience. It was just like going back in time. All the cuisine is very traditional and I could not find much novelty, but everything was executed to perfection with high quality ingredients. The Adana kebab was one of the best I ever had. The...
