Two locations; one on Shanghai Lu, one next to Aqua City. Owner Maric is great, speaks English, and always helps out (worked in the Mediterranean for a decade or so...he knows about Pizza :-) The Calzone is by far our favorite, but with prices for 12~13" thin crust wood-oven pizzas with proper meats and cheeses of between 50 and 70Rmb... This is hands down my favorite place to eat in Nanjing. The price is for pizza is great. . And the taste far exceeds the cost. Chicken Caesar salad is exactly like back home, so yummy! The restaurant is nothing special but the food more than makes up for it. Fav!!

I love the pizza here, always fresh and reasonably priced. Their pasta dishes are also excellent. They have an extensive menu. We have had a little difficulty with language when ordering before. I wanted a pizza with a slightly different topping, we ended up with two pizzas. But as they were both very tasty we didn't mind.

This place makes great pizza! A definite must-eat! The address is wrong though. It's 81-8 Shanghai road. So it's north of the big Blue Sky bar on the elevated sidewalk. Before a small alley way.

I've lived in Nanjing for a couple years and have sampled lots of pizza places around town. Pisa Pizza has the best pizza in the city. They make thin crust pizzas in a wood-fired oven and they are all delicious. When Chinese students are rewarded with dinner by their parents or teachers, they're taken to KFC. When foreigners in Nanjing... More

I first ate here about two and a half years ago - it was great. Good atmosphere, excellent pizzas. Returned with high hopes only to find the restaurant unheated and a little on the grubby side. The food was oily and the restaurant smelled of overused frying oil. Coffee was very poor for the price, as we're desserts. A real... More

Pisa does great, thin crust pizzas that are rich in flavor and not too expensive. I'm especially fond of their 4 Cheeses, which has a decadent dollop of goat cheese on each slice. A Nanjing favourite.

It's an excelent place to have a good pizza, all italian style. The place is nice, with 3 small rooms. Big pizzas, for 2/3 pax each, costing from 30 to 50 yuan. You can also have some european wine (bottle or glass). Don't miss the Margherita and the Calzone! If you are missing some Mediterranean flavours, go for it!!
