Difficult to find from the road! Nothing special, food was ok, but after all this is Nanjing Honestly not really worth the trip here, it's a bar and noting else special. They need to learn how to pour Guinness

So my friend who lives here said this was the place for American type food. I have only just moved to China but I cant eat Chinese food everyday and be happy. This place had all the good food and the Manager or owner guy was so nice and friendly and that all it took for me! The food was... More

One of my favorite hangouts here in nanjing. It's tucked away in a private cove, quiet away from the noise of the city... You would never know you are in China. As expected, great Irish beer and food

20 minutes for a "chicken Cesar salad" which wasn't (had pepperoni in it.) 35 minutes for fish and chips (no vinegar, no tartar sauce.) 45 minutes for chicken curry. and the lighting was insufficient to see the menu. I was expecting a friendly pub atmosphere and delicious pub food. Pretentious and overpriced.

An Irish pub in the middle of China being run by a Scot. A nice analog to the menu, which is an amalgam of Western traditions. Very friendly, with a quite cozy upstairs area that's more sedate than the dining room. I've never before encountered an Oregon Rogue ale this far from home. You'll pay a premium for the expat... A tucked away bar on Shan San Rd with great food and booze. It's an all around great place to bring friends and dates. Be sure to check out their website for daily specials and comedy shows. Their lamb chops are to die for!

Finnegan's Wake first came to my attention due to their semi-regular live comedy gigs and I'm glad I ventured away from central Nanjing to give them a go. The food is top shelf, albeit expensive (around what I'd pay back in Oz though), the service is generally quite good (although a little slow if there's a crowd in for comedy... More

I loved sitting at the bar here on a rainy night in Nanjing. It took some time finding, but it is located in a nice looking area. The Guinness was fresh and poured well. The live music was authentic and topped off the experience. I did not have dinner, but will be back next time in Nanjing. The food looked... More

Best selection of draft beer, bottles and good whisky in Nanjing. Serves a decent range of pub grub at reasonable prices and more importantly decent prices. It's not the cheapest place in town but with the atmosphere, quality service and decor it's surely the best value - and only real 'pub' - in the city. If you want cheap n... More
