Second visit here and enjoyed some first class dim sum on a Saturday lunchtime. Very table was taken but never felt overly busy as staff were quietly and courteously efficient. We were eight people (5 adults, 3 teenagers) but even with a couple of bottles of wine and some healthy appetites we only just broke through $2,400. This restaurant is... More

Its always lovely here. Warm environment, simple food and mostly tasty. But price ca go up quite high if you wanna try some fancy stuff. Dor special occasion, its definitly a good place to go. This time we are here to try their hairy crab. 450 dollars for a decent size hairy crab, around 6 tael. Its worthy for the... More

This has been a firm favorite for many years and have never had a bad experience. The food is authentic and delicious, reasonably priced and the service is always good too. I love the pork terrine (reminds me of French food actually) the beef with scallion is always tender and portions are generous, the fresh water prawns are sweet and... More

I tried scallops, spring rolls, duck, fish and many things.. they were all delicious. Also keep in mind that, the duck is served with 2 courses. you have to mention that you... More

This is certainly a nice place to go if you have family or friends over in Hong Kong and you want them to get a taste of the Shanghainese cuisine. Although the original restaurant in Xintiandi in Shanghai is somewhat cosier the atmosphere is very nice (if you consider the restaurant is located in the busy mall of Pacific Place).... More

Been several times. Very wide variety on the menu, from small dishes to larger plates, and smaller portions allows you to order more variety and try more dishes. Waitstaff is more than helpful to make recommendations, or to offer what is fresh and in season.

We went for dinner on a Saturday evening. The restaurant is conveniently located on the third floor of Pacific Place. We had wonton soup, veggies, a dish with meat and chestnuts with pine nuts in a baked shell, river prawns and also a dish not on the menu, scrambled egg with vinegar. Dessert included mango pudding and other desserts. A... More

Not that difficult to find these three elements in HK but tricky to get all three (especially the "Good value"!) in Pacific Place! Tucked away on the 3rd floor, amongst the fancy schmancy designer boutiques, this is a real find. We often stay in Pacific Place when we visit and we will definitely return ... Maybe even before the end... More
