Nice open kitchen without getting yourself and clothing smelly. Fine dining but the bright light settings made you feel very comfortable.

Meal for 2. Nice simple menu and superb presentation. Starters we recomment the forest. A scene created out of fois gras. The cheese was also superb. Knowledgeable staff and great wine. Cost us more than the airfair, but better to spend on memories than objects.

I have been here a number of times over quite a number of years. A lovely venue for a 'special' evening out. Great for a romantic birthday or memorable anniversary. Certainly not the cheapest of venues but you get what you pay for. Fabulous service. We were delayed and told staff we'd be late. Arriving after the kitchen should have... More

Had a really good sirloin steak and fish fillet! A nice atmosphere and friendly, skillfull staff... Best dinner I had in Hongkong!!👍 Although a bit expensive, definitely reasonably priced for a 5 star Hotel restaurant.

Impeccable service in an elegant setting makes every diner feel rather special.Aside from some irritatingly silly dishes like flower pot which looks clever but tases dreadful if you stick to traditional dishes you will not be disappointed.Superb oyesters are in perfect condition. The roast beef is delicious but I do wish they could learn to carve it thinner instead of the... Much has already been said about the exceptional food and presentation. I echo that here. I would like to focus on the exceptional, thorough and patient service. The wait staff went through every item individually as we were offered an opportunity to assemble our dinners, in our case choosing one dish each from three of the four categories (four courses... It seems ridiculous that this wonderful restaurant has the same number of Michelin stars as a dim sum joint in Shamshuipo (ie one)! Celebrated a birthday dinner here with friends. The effort to produce works of art with each dish is remarkable. The incredibly generous foie gras starter looked amazing and I was a little jealous when my simply presented... More

This Michelin starred restaurant is truly excellent and elegant. The focus is on artful amazing presentations which delight the sense of sight as well as taste with a creative blend of ingredients. The service is excellent from the greeting to the waitstaff to the restaurant manager who checked on us three times. The forest walk appetizer is highly recommended and... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
