I wish there was a rating category between "poor" and "average" because this place would fall right into it. I found myself kind of lured by this place, having taken refuge in the lobby of the building during a rainstorm and I was starving. Hard to describe, it's on the 7th floor of a building (other restaurants on other floors).... More

Discovered by chance, we visited this restaurant on 7th Floor of 1, Peking Road Centre, Kowloon twice on our short three night stay in HK. The extensive menu choices and very friendly staff made for enjoyable nights on both occasions. Largely used by locals, it appears to be a popular local spot. we certainly will revisit if we get back... More

The food was really good. Not very expensive for such a restaurant. The food portion was slightly more than enough for 5pax. I think we ordered 3 dishes and 4rice and tea. Approx 460hkd. Remember to make your reservation early.

We had a lovely lunch , there was an extensive menu and it was hard to decide what to chose so the four us us shared 6 dishes. All were delicious, even the faux meat ( which I do not usually choose) We were seated at the window and had a superb view and with 2 children under 10 ,... More

A local friend took us there and we had a great experience. The restaurant was fully booked but we managed to get a table. If you are planning to go maybe is better to book in advanced and get a table next to the window. Food was very good we really enjoyed it. We had some fake fish made of... More

We were refused entry as we arrived late without prior reservation (10.30 PM). After much persuasion we were allowed inside just for quick main course. The food portions are quite large and we really enjoyed the "hong kong" style veggie soups and pan fried noodles. Citibank cardholders enjoyed 15% discount so that was an added advantage. Overall a quick enjoyable... More

Every time I go to Hong Kong I try and have a meal at the Kung Tak Lam chain of pure vegetarian restaurants. Normally I go to the one at the world trade centre, causeway bay. The place is normally packed out and rightly so. This one at Tsimshatsui is also great. The extensive menu is sometimes confusing but the... More

Went here on the recommendation of the concierge at our hotel. Strange mall location is amplified by the tacky decor and florescent lighting. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing so they rushed us through and essentially ordered everything before snatching the menus back. Food was okay, but nothing special. We left and didn't really think much more about it...... More

Great view from the restaurant over to the island and the vegetarian menu is wonderful. So many choices and all very tasty. The veggie shrimp was a real surprise. Prices were good as well considering the location and clientele. Worth a trip jut as with all decent HK restaurantsvbook it or prepare to miss out.
