This restaurant was the saving grace for me on the Peak. Well appointed with stunning views. White table cloths with brilliant and friendly service. The Pork buns were the best so light and fluffy with a savoury centre. The rice noodles with beef just mouth watering and the dumplings were lovely. just wish I had more room in my tum!

Been having business lunch @ Tien Yi twice, I found that it is a good place for business lunch. The dim sum are generally good, though the price is not cheap. However, the location is very convenient. Actually Tien Yi took over the place from "Zen" which been in Admiralty for more than 10th years. Tien Yi is more suitable... More

We were in Victoria peak for thr day so we thought we stay enjoy Hong Kong at night then enjoy a plesant dinner, well thats where it pretty much stopped. We went and made a booking around 430 pm, the waitress looked up up and down and rudly took our reservation. We arrived at the booked time and were sat... More

Staying in the Conrad, this was a convenient location for Chinese food when the monsoon weather made walking outside not too inviting. Attentive staff, fantastic menu choices, and recommendations by the waitstaff were spot on. Good for large groups and authentic. Would go again for another lunch.

We visited this restaurant after the night view at the Peak Tower. It was after 9:30pm, after a long day sight seeing, we were tired. We picked this restaurant only because it was in the same building. The restaurant was very quiet with only another table of guests. The service was average and the food standard was also average. At... More

Dim sum lunch was prearranged by our private tour guide and while the restaurant does have a beautiful view, it is not worth it! Our family of 3 was initially seated in the prime seating area which had crystal clear windows and an unobstructed view of Victoria Harbour. Once the waitress realized we were a prepaid party though, she moved... More

I walked into Tien Yi restaurant while visiting the Peak with my 2 sons aged 6 and 9. We wanted to try some authentic Chinese dumplings. There were barely any other people in the restaurant, and they put us in a dining room all by ourselves. We did not get 1 smile from any of the staff, They rushed us... More

The view from this restaurant is excellent and is as you would imagine, however the food is average. Service is rushed and this restaurant is very overpriced. Would try somewhere else next time in the area.

Tien Yi is in Pacific Place in the location where Peking Garden was before it moved diagonally across. The restaurant is elegant and the service is typical for a high end restaurant. The food was clean and well-prepared. The portions were truly minimal though. The string beans with minced pork was good but could have used some flavor. The mango/sweet... More

We visited this restaurant with our friends on Wednesday 12th March. Restaurant was empty, I guess because the views that day were non existent due to heavy fog, people obviously eat here for the views which I imagine would be spectacular on a good day, the food and service however is not! We were rushed through our meal with everything... More
