My favorite place in Hong Kong!!!

No, they do not pay me to write this every month. We come here every month for brunch, and more than once in some months. There is no doubt we trully enjoy every one of our visits here. We wanted at least one fine dining experience in Hong Kong, and after struggling to choose, decided to go with Lung King Heen for the local cuisine. LKH is also in the Four Seasons, so we thought we'd hit two Michelin three stars in one night and go to Caprice for pre-dinner drinks. Caprice has an absolutely gorgeous bar/lounge area,... More

This is definitely fine dining in Hong Kong. Where else can you order an exquisitely prepared entree, impeccable service, and a fantastic view of Victoria Harbor? Caprice at the Four Seasons Hotel has all of this covered. We decided on having the 3 course set lunch - appetizer, main entree, and dessert. In between courses, they would bring you bite... More

Went to the bar only. Ordered red, only a few options. Around HK$200 per glass. We wanted snack but no option other than cheese. Quite disappointed. They have oysters, cold cut platter, pasta and rice in the menu though. Like the harbour view and comfortable sofa.

This is a fine-dining restaurant but to say it is the BEST in Asia, is a bit of an overkill. We had a window seat looking out of a very polluted city. Fortunately, the service was sunny. The staff's service is exactly what I would expect from a fine-dining restaurant : friendly and professional. The presentation of the food is... More

Probably the best French restaurant in Asia, great food, presentation, a great wine list and deserts you will think about for a long time

It is clear that my opinion is not the norm for this restaurant, one of the finest in HK and ranked highly in the world. Two of us had the five course tasting menu. One of us had 4 different glasses of wine, the other 5 different non-alcoholic bar drinks. The final bill came to 6300 HKD. I have dined... More

We love the place and we have been very spoiled by the team at Caprice. We did not think it could be any better. Unbelievable, the team out did themselves again on our visit this time. The taste and texture of our dishes were intricate and complex, presentation was outstanding as always and the service was flawless beyond dream. We... More

We had lunch set menu. Dessert was so fantastic. But codfish was a little bit dry. I prefer the Spoon.

Great service in a environment of high-end hotels. Very competent waiters and sommelier. Foodwise it's a high end place but missing the palate surprises that would make it a top restaurant on Michelin level. Sorry if I sound too harsh but for that level and price I need to be impressed but not only by the bill.

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
