If you like Dim sum, you would want to try Zen during the lunch hour. Price is good and it is excellent.

If you want Dim Sum in HK then this is the place to go.......Huge variety of Dim sum rapidly serve by a stream of elderly ladies from a central table. Go early as it fills up rapidly and you may have to wait some time. Small dishes include deep-fried boneless chicken wings stuffed with glutinous rice, and deep-fried shrimp with... More

I ate here with my daughter the other before we went to the movies upstairs. We ate Dim Sum. They had all the regulars that Westerners enjoy. Steamed BBQ pork buns, Rice Flour Rolls with BBQ, Fried Rice, Steamed Pork dumplings with soup, Shanghai Style. The restaurant doesn't use carts, cut is loud and clanky so you feel like you... More

We dropped in here for lunch without any research whatsoever. Lunch for 3 was HK$650. Dumplings were fresh; Shanghai style had the delicious liquid inside. Chickens feet and tripe were flavoursome and delicious. All in all very good value given the upmarket location.

In town for business, went with some co-workers. No reservation but they squeezed us in - food was fantastic across the board.

Our last night of a three week trip and one more great Chinese meal. Zen was convenient to our hotel in Pacific Place and we had to have duck one more time. This time it was a half portion of crispy aromatic duck - great taste and comparable to Peking duck but about half the price. We also ate stewed... More

Zen is easy to find, and at first I thought this would mean it was an over-priced tourist orientated operation. We ate very well there, and it was one of the cheaper evening meals we had on our visit to Hong Kong. Based on the people there (7pm on a week night) this is by no means a tourist restaurant.... Dim sum there is one of the best in Hong Kong, however dinner is average. do bear in mind that queue is always so long even with prior reservation from Monday to Sunday.

Landed in HK on New Years Eve! I think should have not taken the recommendation from the Marriott concierge on this place- Extremely bad service - pricy food and ok ambience does not make this place a must visit- One guy was serving 10 tables mostly large groups- skip to save your money
