Ordered a Filet Mignon. The best so far I have in HongKong. The price is a bit expensive but if you ask me it's worth it

Morton's in both Hong Kong and Singapore do free steak sandwiches in the bar from 5pm till 7pm every evening. I recommend going along for several reasons... the first one being that you can easily get your fill of up to 10 steak sandwiches for free and they're yummy. The steak is cooked med to med-rare which is perfect. They... More

One of HKS best places for meat lovers. Start with Oysters Rockefeller and then make an attempt to finsh the black pepper Strip loin. Graham, the new GM, is a great host and looks after his guests very well. See them again soon to start into the night with Gin Tonic at the Mortons Bar ;-)

As you enter, this place has a very welcoming ambiance. Busy, happening, but not rushed. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The bread roll is the BIGGEST roll on the planet - but a little sweet for me. Great wine list with some very fine (and of course expensive) wines. But, it's all about the steak: 1. I had the 16oz,... We had dinner in the HK Mortons last week. Two days later we ate in the famous "Steakhouse" in the Intercontinental hotel, which has a reputation locally for being the best in HK. Both were excellent, but there is no doubt that the steaks at Mortons are better. I honestly can't think of a reason to go to another steakhouse,... More

Visited this restaurant often during our time living in Hong Kong. Each time we come back to Hong Kong ..I 'm always looking foward to eat here! Not a single case of disappointment! Great service, great view from the restaurant as well. Hmm getting hungry writing this. I would recommend the tomato salad in blue cheese, sauteed mushrooms and fries and... More

A very poor dinner at Morton's on a recent visit to Hong Kong. Staff that either rushed you to order or were nowhere to be seen. insufficient cutlery, unclean glasses. What one earth possessed us to come here for dinner? The evening deteriorated into cold fries and very mediocre grey steak that was not cooked to our medium rare order.... More

Now, bear in mind that while the dining experience was very good, there were some surprises as we've visited several different Morton's in North America, and as much as I hate to say it, this was the least favourite locale. The service, while brisk, missed on several marks. The traditional presentation of the steak menu on the trolley cart was... More
