This is a great spot to have with family and friends on a Sunday. There's a great selection of dishes - inventive and creatively presented. Staff is efficient. It can get busy so reservations are recommended.

What happened to this place? Coming back after a few years and service was beyond bad, it was simply comical. They forgot various items we ordered, gave us wrong dishes and it was a challenge to convince them to slize up some cucumber as sticks for my daughter. We asked them to cancel desert and tea in the end after... More

I went there on Saturday night and in one and half hours experienced both great and poor service at the same time. Long time to wait for initial greeting and drinks, but then food arrived quickly and was well presented and orderly, then took forever to get bill. The sommelier didn't seem enthusiastic or helpful in English although he was... More

The last time to Zuma over a year ago the service was shocking - i am glad to say that the service has improved dramatically. All the staff were efficient and effective without being too in your face. The food is beautiful and fresh but not the cheapest place for lunch but worth it. I will definitely go back again... More

What a way to spend time with family & friends and fabulous food.Excellent variety of sushi, sashimi along with a multitude of other dishes from the buffet together with a choice of mains included in the fixed price. I chose the 'melt in your mouth' steak for my main but the six of us all enjoyed our various choices. The service is... More

If Zuma were a take-away it would get a rating of between 4 and 5. Food is delicious, simply yet well presented. While the menu is not too original the quality is consistently excellent and you feel like wanting second helping... Service is appalling though; items are forgotten, and the ones that aren't you have to wait for very long... More

I never miss Zuma when I come to HK (and its also one of my highlights whilst I'm in town). From the welcome to the sumptious buffet, free flow, and simple but delicious mains. It's family friendly, a great atmosphere and you always feel like its a treat (but not a guilty one). I particularly like the buffet canapes, the... More

I absolutely love Zuma and went multiple times when i lived in Hong Kong. the a la carte menu is a little pricey but it is definitely worth the money - the food is consistently excellent quality, fresh and creative. I adore japanese fusion and have eaten a lot of it in my time, and Zuma is right up there... More

Ten out of ten. Been for drinks work lunch and dinner plus brunch. Zuma does everything better than anywhere else. The contemporary and complex food is not only delivered with excellence but is intelligent and thought provoking.
