Ate here last year and loved it but boy has it changed. Food very mediocre and service worse. We asked for appetisers first. All the food came at once and got stone cold as we ate. The drinks did not come at same time but at odd intervals. So no "cheers". The prawns were so tough you could throw out... More

A friend suggested drinks at Zuma and I was skeptical and bored of all the bars in central, Hong Kong. However I must admit right from the minute you enter this place the colors, ambience and feel of the place elevates you to a sense of being outside the centre of the city. I was definitely wrong about my convictions.... More

I wanted to take my time to write this review because I feel this place truly deserves a well written and thorough review. I visited Zuma for dinner with my son and a good friend a few weeks ago. We made reservations beforehand so it was really a matter of waiting for Zuma's lady hostess to assign a waitress to... More

Great Japanese Izakaya food. Not the traditional but a more forward thinking version. Stayed away from sushi bar save the best Ika sashimi I think I have ever had bar none. Relaxed atmosphere with a small outdoor area on the 5th floor. Sushi bar itself a cool place hewn out of granite boulders. Pricey but worth it.

Lovely venue, especially the outdoor terrace, but beware the smokers, cigarettes and cigars ! Strange to have it in the middle of the tables where diners enjoy the sushi dishes. Food is beautifully presented.

The food was just heaven. Sashimi was impeccably fresh. The service was top-notch. I went there twice in the same week because it was that good. We ate at the restaurant bar, which is great for an informal dinner as you can see the masters in action. Highly recommend.

It isn't so much that Zuma is a lousy restaurant but that it was pretty uninspired - for what appears to be a posh, high-end place. It is gigantic and yet they provide what seems to be pretty good, personalized service. The food, however, is just so-so, and no better than what you can find in far cheaper restaurants.

Not the best Zuma, but a great Zuma. Incredible food quality. Located at the landmark in HK, with a newly rennovated bar, Zuma is still a great feature of HK dining scene. Business lunch, brunch, romantic dinner, or late night drink... Zuma has it all.
