I absolutely love Zuma and went multiple times when i lived in Hong Kong. the a la carte menu is a little pricey but it is definitely worth the money - the food is consistently excellent quality, fresh and creative. I adore japanese fusion and have eaten a lot of it in my time, and Zuma is right up there... More

Ten out of ten. Been for drinks work lunch and dinner plus brunch. Zuma does everything better than anywhere else. The contemporary and complex food is not only delivered with excellence but is intelligent and thought provoking.

Very nice place for dinner specially if you can have the table on the terrace. I'm usually not a fan of Japanese-fusion food but I must admit that the tasting menu is delicious....and filling. Everything from starters to dessert was really good. I consider that prices are ok considering the quality of the food. Definitely a place to hang out... More

Super choice for a western family willing to dive into Asian-fusion. Food was outstanding. Service was very good in light of a Sunday evening. Sat out on deck which was very delightful even in warm weather. Highly recommend for a family with reasonable flexibility.

I had been to Zuma in December 2013 and everything was wonderful- Great food, drinks and service from Vincent Kwong, the Sommelier was fantastic. Never once did I have to ask for a drink refill or recommendation on food or anything else. If only the rest of the staff were half as good as him, this place would be far... More

A short review of Sunday Japanese brunch at Zuma on 27 July 2014. Zuma offers 2 seatings 11-13 and 14-16. The format is an open buffet for starters, a selection of one main served at the table, a dessert platter served for the party at the table, plus open bar for one white, one red, Billecart Salmon champagne and one... Zuma is my all time favorite spot for Sunday brunch! I love to sit out on the patio weather permitting. There is a huge variety of items to choose from - all super fresh and delicious! Overall, a great value with free flowing drinks. I do wish they would bring back the Bellini's!

Had brunch there today, July 6, and everything was good until the end. Very soon after 1pm, one of the male hosts announced they needed the table back for the next seating. However, most of the restaurant was empty and nobody was clamouring for our seats. It would not have been a problem if they had seated us on arrival.... More

Sunday Brunch with some friends - great time all round! Restaurant tried to put us off as Father's Day and they thought there would be lots of kids running round but we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, so too were our friends and it could not have been better. Starters are from the buffet - am not keen on buffets... More

Went to Zuma as a last dinner at the end of a business trip to HK and China. The sushi was great and the staff were attentive and gave good recommendations! Good atmosphere in the bar as well. Very enjoyable :)
