Great food, great ambience

Drunk/eaten here many times. Lunch is a bit corporatey, as you would expect, I have also brought clients here. Service is good, so a good place to bring clients. High Quality (food & staff) & crafted/handmade feeling (not like hotels brunch). Private rooms are nice. Cannot be disappointed. We will be back !

Zuma offers a wide menu of delicious and imaginative contemporary Japanese cuisine. Decor is sleek and attractive with a choice of seating environments. I found the staff could not be nicer: helpful, cheerful and unobtrusive.

We went for the 2-4pm brunch sitting and had a private room at the back which was lovely. Great Japanese food, buffet to start then you order a main course and we had a desert platter to share. Brunch includes champagne, Pimms and cocktails. What's not to love?!

The food was super, and our table out on the terrace perfect. We went purely by chance, looking for somewhere to eat on Saturday evening just after the start of the new year. The scallops, the salmon and the corn cob wee my favourites. Our digestif was a Macallan, along with some of the banana bread n ice cream. They... More

Marvellous food. Got stuck into the nigiri and then the wagu steak. Yum. Went there for a business lunch and everyone enjoyed it. Good attentive service. Open kitchen so can watch the chefs.

Located atop the Landmark tower on Hong Kong island, the restaurant offers spectacular views over the rooftops of this city's business district. Along with the spectacular views comes a pretty spectacular weekend brunch spread with a huge variety of Japanese-inspired dishes, including fresh sashimi, sushi and a nice selection of starters and snacks, including an outstanding japanese-style fried chicken which... Delicious brunch with the family. Such an amazing variety of food on the buffet plus free flowing champagne. Service was perfect and so so good with our two young children.

Went to Zuma recently for a business lunch. When living in London, i had heard a lot about the london branch but had never tried it, so when i came to HK, I obviously had high expectations. The food was really nice, service and everything as well, but i wasn't amazed, maybe because of those high expectations. Definitely recommend to... More

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
