Excellent Food

First time here. Food was excellent, the Crab and Lobster were cooked beautifully with great flavours. The corn was one of my favourites. Dessert to die for the molten chocolate with a shot of espresso. Well worth going with friends for a fun night out. Don't forget to order lots of cocktails

I have been going to the Hong Kong branch of Zuma since it opened and the quality remains superb. Always a treat for the senses. Wonderful restaurant.

Excellent sushi and Japanese food. Very pricey but that's to be expected with this kind of quality. This place is great for impressing on a special date or business meeting.

Zuma has an outstanding lunch buffet on weekends. Appetizers, including sushi, are buffet style, and you can order a main course from the menu. The table gets a dessert tray at the end. Great value for money. Highly recommended

The staff here were absolutely brilliant. The chef, manager and waiter all worked together to create a gluten free (me), pork and beef free (my wife) tasting menu. The food was so fresh and nothing was too much to ask. Thank you Zuma!

My girlfriend told me about the free flow champagne brunch at Zuma and it always sounded great so when we visited together last week i can now see what she was talking about. The best way to spend a Sunday! amazing service, free flow champagne and delicious food which made this weekend really memorable. I highly recommend you go here... More

Surprising quiet on a Friday but suited our needs perfectly. Solid backbar, professional and friendly staff, chique environment and bangin tunes. Perfect to pump you up before hitting LKF.

We went out as two couples for an evening meal when staying in Hong Kong for a few days. The food was excellent. We chose the tasting menu and tried many different foods. We found it not too filling and a very enjoyable experience. The only warning I would make is that it is a bit more expensive than your... More

Second visit to Zuma and it is a pure delight! A great mix of fantastic Japanese delights on the buffet followed by a la carte mains and stunningly good dessert platters. The buffet is filled to the brim with an array of well prepared Japanese goodies, including the usual array of Sushi, Sashmi, Oysters,Teppanyaki. Some of the bets Japanese pickles... More

The restaurant itself is nicely decorated, modern and clean with outdoor seating area. There is also a small kids corner with a TV playing cartoons. Went there for brunch with my girlie friends and lil one today. Great variety of food from sushi, sashimi to skewers, deep fried dishes, noodles etc at the counter. Each person could choose one main course on top of... More

Staying in Central

Neighborhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
