Had a fabulous brunch at Zuma on Sunday with friends. Brings whole new meaning and context to the notion of 'buffet!' This is one kind of buffet I can do ahain! Everything so fresh and fragrant and beautifully presented. Slight hiccup with timing on one or two of our mains but did not affect experience of the day! Just meant... More

Very good service and excllent ambience. I have been to many Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong however Zuma was hands down the best. We ordered a variety of dishes including the Kobe Beef, California rolll, Spicy Tofu and several otthers which were all superb. However, the best part of the meal was the miso marinated black cod, it coudn't have... More

Brilliant to have contemporary Japanese (and Japanese inspired) dishes served almost Tapas style with a steady stream of plates coming to the table. Brilliant too. I know it's not the cheapest, but we were squeezed because they were booked out - and that pretty much means they're not over priced IMO, as the market decides. Service was excellent, and the... Zuma is generally known in the expat crowd for it's brunch. The seafood is grabbed and the champagne guzzled, and extended families fill to bursting on a Sunday. Personally, I prefer to go there during the week for the underrated bar. The drinks are good - the sake range is extensive and tasty - and the DJ is excellent.

Zuma has a fashionable clean ambience, the food is good, nothing to complain about and some dishes are really good. I was returning to the Zuma in HK after 5 years and I felt there was a shift in the energy. I remember it being a very vibrant place and high quality food, while the food still remains consistent, it... More

The Sunday brunch at the Landmark. Nice open kitchen. Beautiful layout of the food but the quality of food failed. Sashimi is fresh but of low quality, yes it makes all the difference in taste. Salmon and hamachi had almost no flavor likely due to poor farming. Meats were presented well but again no flavor from the meat itself. Dessert... More

The atmosphère is great, the food excellent. It is a bit expensive but that's the game and it worth it at Zuma.

We are Zuma fans…because we like the quality of the fish and of all dishes, including deserts! The Zuma in Hong-Kong is a very good one, the atmosphere is classy but relaxed, with a bit of lounge music. Service is efficient, not too fast, not too slow.
