It was decent enough food but you can get better & cheaper comparable food on the streets of Hong Kong. You are paying for the atmosphere in a fancy mall.

Canada is my home, but Hong Kong had that role for the first 11 years of my life, and every visit inevitably becomes a whirlwind of continuous eating. Came to Crystal Jade TST with a few expat friends and our group of four was fortunate to get a table after about a 15-minute wait on a Friday night. The group... More

Oh, the ubiquitous shopping mall restaurant. Hard to judge the quality of a place in a mall, particularly when you are really not used to anything other than a food court and spud-u-like, however crystal jade was surprisingly nice! The atmosphere is ok, not particularly intimate, but fine and the food was super tasty, we went in a group of... More

It surprised me when I saw the whole waiting signs and everything and it made me want to give up everything because we had a pretty rough day. But when the xiao long bau came into my mouth, it was all gone! I mean it! And the lamien is also perfect. It brings sour, spicy, sweet and nutty taste at... More

Tried various venues over last few years and now i believe the quality control is not there any more. I don't think it is worth it to wait on line anymore. There are more single outlet shanghai dumpling and noodle places in HK that do better quality food.

We have to wait 20min to have table. Delicious beef lamien. Must eat xiao long bau. Good service. Very easy find the place in Harbour City. See the Map in Harbour City. Because the mall is very big. Just follow the sign.

Ate here about 3 or 4 times during a recent trip to Hong Kong. I'm not an expert on Chinese food, but the food never lets me down. However, the service can be especially slow if you go during "busy" hours. Great value, however!
