This is my dining room away from home. It's not uncommon for me to have 3 meals here over a 5 day window. We come here for fresh seafood. We will call early in the day, and ask the manager to reserve their best fish (for steamed), and crabs/lobsters (usually in ginger and green onion sauce) for our dinner that... More

Usually a restaurant inside a Sheraton Hotel is rather unremarkable, but the quality of food at a convenient location in TST is highly recommended. On weekends, dim sum is served but the business lunch (~US$30) during weekdays includes chef's selection of dim sum and great dishes cooked to order. The ambience is conducive to friendly conversations.

We were invited here by our local family so they ordered lots of things we would not normally eat. Really nice set out restaurant wth very good decor, Highlight for me was the radish cake believe it or not. The Sui Mei (prawn dumplings) were amazing, large with lots of prawn. Happy to eat dim sum anywhere in Hong Kong,... More

Excellent restaurant for a hotel. Service was very good but my wife got a food related sickness the next morning.

This is the place for you, if you want wonderful seafood dishes in Cantonese style (steamed whole fish and stirred fried crabs in ginger & scallion sauce, etc.; and, of course, fresh & live before cooking) and impecable service to impress your guests. It also offers terrific Peking ducks, roasted baby pig, dim sum and many more plus modern style... More

This was a nice change in pace from all the local-type dim sum places I visited during my Hong Kong trip. The ambiance and service are great! But to be honest, their traditional dim sum dishes are just okay. Some of their more special dishes—roast baby pig, ham hock…basically anything you wouldn't find on your average dim sum menu—are great... More

Wonderful restaurant, good ambiance and service. Very nice dishes and good quality for money. Atmosphere both suitable for private occasion, or a business dinner. Waiter did his utmost to recommend and delivered an excellent service!

Wanted to find a decent place to have a business lunch with a visiting colleague. To my surprise, the usual places for executive lunches are all but gone from Tsimshatsui. Most of hotels that once served 'executive lunch' no longer have it, instead the choice lies between noisy buffets or Chinese restaurants. Leaving me with few options, I had to... More

No 'fine cuisine'. Too fat and rich. The main course served at the same moment than the appetizer in the menu. They had to bring it back in kitchen to keep warm. Never saw that! Waiter appologized, at least. Too large restaurant, noisy, decoration without taste. Disapointing dining for a Sheraton Standard.

Meals in the main cafe where mainly western based and excellent value for money. The staff are superbly trained, the superior resturant served Asian which was superb also with the same attention to detail as the cafe.
