We visited Lucky Dessert in Mong kok. Saw staff wearing "lucky dessert" shirt smoking right outside of the entrance, I don't know about others, but for me it's unacceptable. If you have a smoking break, you should go smoking somewhere else, not right at the entrance. We ordered two dishes, sweet tofu and the mango pie-like dessert. Mango was ways... More

Better known for their tofu pudding, mango related desserts, hot chestnut paste, 糖不甩. Fortunately, menu comes with pictures. I tried their mango sago and it taste pretty normal.

Not the usual mango dessert type you find in HK, this is the best for me so far. Had in every night during my stay in HK as in was next to my hotel on pratt ave. long queue at night, reasonable price.

A friend brought us there after a heavy dinner. We managed to find space in our stomach for the dessert bec it was really good. The pomelo with mango sago was great with generous pieces of fresh mango. We ordered takeaways of durian and mango with glutinous wrap and they taste heavenly. Highly recommend trying the yummy dessert. Will try... More

Went here twice, once to eat in and once to take away. Tried a number of things, including the mango pancakes, durian sticky rice and coconut balls, and the mango and mixed fruit sago puddings. All were delicious. The mango pancakes were wonderfully light with the right proportion of cream to mango, the durian was very smooth and creamy, and... More

at first it was my friend who introduced this place to me, the place is quite small, and we have to Q quite along time, after we reached at our table, and i ordered a "durian pancake", it tasted so WOW...sweet and smooth...i like it. althouth you might not like the smell of this fruit, but this dessert is so... I visit Fa Kei (Lucky) on every visit to HK. Their mango sago pomelo is the best in HK. It is not cheap, but servings of mango are generous. The mango is sourish and the dessert sweet. There might be a wait during peak hours, but service is fast.

We "stumbled" across this delightful little place near our hotel in Kowloon. It serves very unique and consistently tasty desert items. Among the most noteworthy to me are the chocolate fondant cake with ice cream and the shaved ice. The chocolate fondant has soft and warm dark chocolate inside of a dark chocolate cake shell. It is accompanied by a... More
