Excellent welcome, the range of the menu, seasonal, classic or modern, is vast, but the ingredients are all fresh, and all good. The presentation is excellent and the food is just as good as it looks. The big breadsticks are something quite unique, a delicious signature of the restaurant. The service is, as you would expect, impeccable, but also smiling... More

Excellent welcome, service, table and waiter/waitress. Seasonal menu and classic menu, both amazing. Genuine Italian cuisine with extra fresh products. Wine list is excellent. Bread is perfect. Desserts are out of this world!

Strongly recommended for lunch or dinner. Good is exceptional the Sunday Brinch outstanding. Dishes are creative, beautifully presented and taste as good as they look. Love the wine list too. This week was my 10th visit over the years and as good as it always was its even better now.

The food at Grissini is of very high quality. Th breadsticks are amazingly good, but I found all the dishes to be of very high quality. The prices are not cheap, but in my view they reflect the quality of the food I had. Recommended for special occasion meals.

Great place to be... I really enjoyed the prompt service of the staff. Early in the morning, being greeted with my name and seeing the warm smiles on the faces of each staff really made my day. Food is amazing and indeed well prepared. I enjoyed their selection of antipasti. That really is remarkable. Had a wonderful time here!

Excellent range of wines to choose from for a perfect team dinner or a romantic one with some interesting Italian menu to choose your main course. Do not forget the long fresh hot breadsticks which are too tempting besides a Tiramissu in dessert to end your dinner with an awesome view of harbour and amazing lights and lasers on buildings.

In the Grand Hyatt so not a budget choice. As other reviewers have noted the signature bread sticks are sublime. Food choice for lunch a little limited but should find a starter and mains to suit. Tomato soup and swordfish were mine and not bad (nothing to rave about). Service is attentive but not overbearing. Safe choice for business lunch.

The service was great and grissini bread amazing. The view is not that great and our pasta was just OK.. Nothing special and and could have been more tasteful. We have been to better Italian restaurants in Hong Kong.

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighborhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centers of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
