Was craving for sushi at 10PM and thank goodness Sushi One was just round the corner where I was staying! They served fusion type of Japanese food and I really liked the variety. Salmon was great, the seared range of sushi was interesting too. They had truffle on the chawanmushi as well! Prices are reasonable and I'd definitely go back.

Asmpart of our Hong Kong experience, we chose Sushi One for dinner on one of the evenings. I was impressed with the food. It is a type of fusion sushi and we thouroughly enjoyed it. The service is a bit dis-organised and we had to wait for drinks but the enjoyment ofnthe food caused js to overlook this.

Honestly, for a more casual restaurant, it's great. Every time I've gone (odd hours in the day), service has been a little slow, but I guess it's because at 4:30pm the few remaining staff aren't going to be on their A-game. But the food is great! Not michelin star worthy, but everything is of quality and tastes very good. During... More

Ate here solo. The service was chaotic and left a lot to be desired. Took about 5 attempts to be served a beverage. The sushi train selection is extremely underwhelming and the menu items were not much better. The prices were reasonable but felt exhausted trying to chase up orders for both food and beverage.

This is primarily a sushi point for the local Hong Kongers. It was pretty packed when i hit the restaurant after 9pm saturday night in mid July. The decor was Hong Kong hip style, obviously catering to younger people, so i thought the price must be within my own budget, that is economical. I was not disappointed by the quality... More

The food was very decent and the price and location excellent. Service was good but a little hesitant. Maybe our accents were hard to understand. But we would go back

They got a large variety of sashimi & sushi. The sushi rice is at right temperature and portion. Price is reasonable. Comfortable seating.

It is a very good restaurant in Hong Kong but I will recommend people to reserve a table before coming over to avoid lining up. The sashimi is great but the garlic beef is just a waste of time and room of stomach. Other than that, everything's fine and we enjoyed the meal very much.

I was very pleased with Sushi One. Service was outstanding, food was excellent, decor was fine, pricing was reasonable....what more can you ask for. Started off with edamame (hot; lightly salted, just like I like it), followed up with soup (very good), and then sashimi and sushi. Overall, excellent. Sashimi....ate yellow tail; Sushi....ate eel, yellow tail, avocado, and tuna. Everything... More
