Delicious Japanese noddle with various choices at reasonable price. Average price is about HKD 78 per bowl. The most famous dish is Kyushu ramen which is using pig bone broth. Apart from noddle, they also provide some rice options like grill eel. I ordered a bowl of Fish Pig broth noddle with added corn that night. It contained sliced pork,... More

Really enjoyed our meal here, food was very tasty, well priced and quick. We had a minced chicken and rice dish, there were lots of options for Japanese soups etc on menu. The restaurant is fairly small so we had a short wait but only about 10 to 15mins. There is a small supermarket across the road that you can... More

After a morning of shopping on the way back to our hotel we spotted this quaint place on a side street and investigated, we had a ten min wait to be seated. The place is tiny and only seats about 40 people and it was packed for lunch. We had the roast chicken, which was delicious and tender, also we had... More

While vacationing in Hong Kong, we came across this small, yet quaint noodle shop in the heart of Kowloon. The interior is quite small and you might have to share a table. The fare is Japanese Ramen and it is very good. The portions are substantial and it is moderately priced. The selection of Ramen is fairly large and you... More

Great food and if you're lucky you'll get seats right in front of the chefs cooking food to order. Had to wait about 15 mins for a table but well worth it

Really enjoyed the Ramen here. Got a great seat right in front of the chefs which was a interesting experience. Only annoying thing is having to wait for a table outside. Although the wait was only 20mins.

Came here for lunch many times, and it never disappoint! Good value, authentic Yokozuna style Japanese ramen. One downside tho, there's always a queue outside the shop but, it's worth the wait! (Tiny shop, open kitchen with chefs making noodles right before you!)

Would love to gove 5 points but the queue of 15min- 1h is just to much. Once you get in there are various dish which are highly to recommend. The tonkotsu or curry ramen are some of the best i had so fare in hk (personal opignon) will be back!

My husband and I have been going to this restaurant since 2009.It's very small so It is always packed. You need to get a ticket and usually wait for 15-30mins.We don't mind waiting because their Ramen are to die for. They also have Japanese curry rice served with corn soup and egg salad which is one of my favourite meals they have.Be... Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighborhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighborhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamorous or busy as its neighbors Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighborhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighborhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
