Excellent tau huay (soy bean pudding)

They sell everything related to soy bean and they taste excellent. We went in the afternoon and it was very crowded, luckily they got seat upstair as well. It was a very old shop along Pei Ho St which has numerous clothes stalls. We ordered a combo of all the fried bean curd, tau huay, soy bean... read more

This little shop specialises in all things soya bean! They sell both sweet and savoury foodstuffs – i.e. soya bean milk, soya bean curd, fried tofu topped with fish paste and fried taupok (a brownish bean curd with a wrinkled skin and soft interior) stuffed with fish paste. I just love their savoury dishes and is a must-try if you... More

Location - Located at old district, Sham Shui Po which is accessible via the 'red' MTR line. Is one of the to eat place when you are wondering around this localized district for just that nostalgic taste. If you are at Mongkok or Jordan area, take a cab since is so near. Food & value - they serve a range... More

very very old Soya Bean factory. In fact, it is one of the old factory left in urban area. Most other soya bean shop have their products made somewhere else.

it has been here for decades, the quality of its products has declined since the younger generation inherited the business and took it to mass production, but they r still very good if u compare other local soy bean products.

If my memory serves me right, this is one of the two original ones. If I am wrong, just skip this one and go to the shum sui po one instead. The original store is as good as any tofu place can get.
