Great all American/English breakfast

Located on the N/W corner of Lockhart and Luard rd on the 3rd floor so look up to see the sign. You need to enter the building and take the elevator up to the spot. At first it. Looked to be a bit dated but as the morning started we saw family's and all types coming in to eat. The... read more

We stopped by for a breakfast. Food was quick and filling. My partner got the ultimate griddle and was incredibly happy with the french toast.

Very popular brunch spot that's well-located in the central area. Generous portions and good food at a reasonable price.

It was the 2nd day of my stay in Hong Kong and I have been craving for a great western breakfast to take on for brunch, looked it up on Google to where to go as I stay in Wan Chai and I clearly have no idea where to be at. I found The Flying Pan as one of the... More

I goto this place often and it's great, particularly after a night out drinking, but sometimes just for a cup of tea and toast. They have a few comfortable sofas if you fancy going in and just relaxing with a cuppa! It's never too busy either, so you'll usually always get a table or seat. The menu has so much... More

We've been to Flying Pan for lots of times coz me and my bf are egg lovers! We can have eggs every day seriously! It's been a while since we last visited so we decided to have dinner here. The restaurant was quite full compared with the last time. The service here is not commendable as always, I wasn't brought to... More

I met a business colleague here for breakfast whilst visiting Hong Kong and I had high expectations that it would be a breakfast to remember... Sadly it was very average and somewhat disappointing. There are two Flying Pan Cafés in Hong Kong, one I Central and this one in Wan Chai. The Wanchai branch is on the 3rd Floor above... More

Convenient location in Wan Chai. Extensive menu. I had the "Full English" and was somewhat disappointed. Temperature of all food items was warm at best. Coffee was awful. It's a place to go only if you are desperate for breakfast and you missed your hotel offerings.

I was first brought here, purely because I loved the name. It turns out the pancakes were brilliant too! You can get pretty much whatever you'd like with them- very tasty. I now have my own 'Flying Pan' T shirt! Would recommend!

Flying pan is located perfectly in-between the packed, busy Hollywood road and Staunton Street, yet it's peaceful enough since its on one of the side streets. This; along with the fact that it's open 24 hours a day, makes it a perfect place to unwind after a night out and enjoy some easy food before heading home. For those that... More

Neighborhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centers of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
